I just want to say this place has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. In the early afternoon this middle aged white man gave me a very bad experience with ordering. He is so condescending and passive aggressive to the point where I wanted to walk out mid order. I will not be giving this store my business anymore due to everyone’s demeanor. The store also looked dirty, with unswept floors I was astonished.

I live on 44th and spruce, so I frequently go to this location. However the service is becoming worse each visit. Last night was partially awful, ladies who serviced me were playing around so much they dropped my food and had to start over. Pick it up off the floor but never changed their gloves đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž

One star. Qdoba has permanently lost my business.

When I opened my bowl, I immediately saw a bug—what looked like a roach—sitting right on top of the food before I had even touched it. It was absolutely disgusting and instantly killed my appetite. I was so disturbed I ended up throwing up. I immediately told my spouse, since we had ordered food for both of us, and neither of us could eat after that.

I called the restaurant, and the manager didn’t seem to believe me at first. He said I’d need to bring the food back so he could see it before issuing a refund, which felt cold and dismissive given how serious the situation was. Still, I drove the 20 minutes back.

Once I showed him the bowl, he saw the bug and confirmed, “Yes, I see it.” But even then, he told me he needed to call higher-ups to get permission to process the refund. I stood there for about 10 minutes, feeling awful, watching other customers come in and order food. Despite clearly seeing a roach in a freshly served bowl, they didn’t pause service, stop food distribution, or seem to take any immediate action—which was deeply unsettling. You would expect a place to take food safety seriously enough to pause operations and check the kitchen after something like that.

To his credit, once the refund was approved, the manager was kind and apologetic. He even offered me two free entrée cards, which I declined. I appreciated the gesture, but after an experience like this, I have no interest in eating here again.

Food safety is non-negotiable. The way this was handled left me shaken and disgusted, and I won’t be returning.

Terrible costumer experience the two times I’ve been there. They don’t listen to you and they don’t even look at your face. My special mention to the white guy with grey hair and beard. It is clear he hates the job and it is doing begrudgingly. I asked him a question and he kept adding things to my meal without even paying attention to what I was saying.

Been coming to this spot a long time over the years, went there tonight and the service was terrible. The girl making my bowl rudely kept asking me "what else?" in regards to adding to my bowl. The employees there are usually cool and friendly, the bowl was terrible as well. I won't be back. I'm mad that she ruined my experience and my food. Just rude.

One employee was very disrespectful, rushing me through my order, not letting me talk. She wanted me to give her my order while giving the other employee my second order at the same time. I asked her to let the other employee take care of my both orders because I couldnt talk to both people at the same time on what I wanted to order. she was yelling and rushing me. She refused to and just wanted to arguing like a person on drugs all hyped. When I got to the register she put someone else's order in my bag I tried telling her that was not my order she just kept yelling how much i had to pay. When i went in the bag to tell her that she had the wrong order she snatched from my hand. She was trying to rush so bad that she didn't know what she was doing but argued. She was very ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional. When I complained to the manager he said, she had just made a mistake.

3/10 it be your own people treating you like trash the dude had a whole attitude i ask for a cheese quesadilla an before i asked for the type of rice i wanted he responded with ok ok yeah yeah what else .Excuse me ??? don’t come here go to the one down center city, i don’t like how he was throwing my food and when i was don’t paying for the order i realized it wasn’t cheesed like i told him tht i had asked for cheese he talkin about well i didn’t charge you for it , then i had to ask for sour cream i didn’t get nun with it, they making the good company look bad
