I actually rode my bike all the way to 56th and Girard and my food was still hot and fresh. That was my first time eating there. Definitely won't be my last. I had the box and everything was good. The way they make the garlic bread... 🫰🏾

Ordered a 3 finger combo and was handed 4 fingers, no bread, no fries. Was honestly very confused as to how my order was messed up like this 😭

Let me take a minute to give a great appreciation to the staff at Raising Cane’s!!! Not just one employee but the entire team deserves an around of applause! From order to pick up the team made me feel like an appreciated customer! They are NICE! Polite and most importantly THEY LISTEN!!!! My cashier was attentive and took her time! The young lady with the puffy ponytail with gave me my food was very nice and polite as well!! From start to finish this team understood the concept of doing a great job!!! Because of the customer service, I enjoyed the food!!! I returned the next day for seconds and the experience was still the same!!! Management you should be proud!!! I was very impressed!!! Excellent work!! Im addicted now!!!

always soooo good, such an iconic place. messed up our order and had problems with the machine but refunded us a couple days after. staff is friendly and bathrooms clean!
