I visited this restaurant after it had been open at least a year on Cottman Ave. I honestly would not go back unless someone was treating me to their food or they just really wanted to go with me to try it out. First, I cannot get pass the weird interaction I had with the employee at the drive thru window. Not friendly nor polite at all. In fact, when I pulled up to pay she just stared at me waiting for me to speak to her. Then when I asked was there any sauce (what place sells chicken tenders with no offering of a dipping sauce), she proceeds to tell me yes but I have to pay $0.50 for it. Understood, but why didn’t anyone even offer me any. No thank you, no have a nice day just shut the window. The chicken was hot and fresh. It was cooked perfectly as well but a little under seasoned in my opinion. 3/5 is my rating for the entire experience.

The drive thru line is always a bit lengthy but the food is always fresh so its a compromise im willing to make. Always a great experience.

I visited this location quite a few times an every time I came my chicken fingers were not fully cooked; I’m not sure if that’s how they are made but I even asked for them to cook them a little longer and instead they over cooked my fries an unfortunately not my chicken fingers. It’s like the batter is being cooked but the chicken is not. They only thing I have eaten from any raising canes is the garlic bread and fries and recently I was disappointed with the fries also again over cooked. I’m not please with the taste to the chicken not sure what it is. I’ll more than likely order the bread from here again but nothing else please don’t disappoint about the bread also. Overall the customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is very good and welcoming but please get the chicken and fries together. Signed an unhappy customer!

The music was way too loud and being played off someone's phone with ads. The food was not very good at all it wasn't very well breaded, and the chicken was just off tasting, and the entire place was just personally exhausting to be inside. Not coming back 1/5

The food is delicious, the service is fast but the lines are long , ( Sometimes ) .
My first time at a Raising Cane's. The food was very tasty, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Their chicken is pretty much chicken tenders; not wings, breasts, drumsticks, etc as I was expecting. But still quite tasty. The music in this store, on this particular day was a bit loud. Overall, the store was clean and the staff efficient.

Spent $20 waited a half hour for six soggy chicken fingers.
Nice place for family outing. Little expensive at the point I'm writing this review. September 2025. I hope the date explains why it's a little expensive
