Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Went here today for the first time and they for one didn’t even put all 4 of my drinks in a cup holder then they did not put the lid on correctly so the soda spilling all over me As She handed me the drinks 2 at a time then the last thing they had no napkins to offer wow I had high hopes for the service now im. Going to try the food please be good after all that

Came in the drive thru paid for my order and was waiting for my food. All the girls in there are high on percs and had the nerve to say I didn’t pay for my food and want to get smart just to be loud and wrong and still give me my food. 3 stars cause the food was still good. 0 for service

Friendly staff, so welcoming. The interior is clean and spacious. Nicely decorated. First time having raising canes and it's pretty good. Fast service.

Honestly food taste in general was not bad. What got me is the extremely high salt content in their dishes. I understand it’s fast food, but I have had many fast food and non was with sodium to point where I could taste it so much and made me feel dehydrated to drink multiple drinks.

Also they are not even close to Asad’s hot chicken located within same parking lot. They are large corporation but tastes like generic version of Asad’s and Nanu’s hot chicken. Canes foods could be better and needs to reduce the sodium.

Sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes is insane!

It was my first time to try it O got the 4 tenders combo, I was hoping it will be good but unfortunately chicken and fries were VERY VERY SALTY ?? coleslaw was so bad the sauce had no taste!!! My first and last time

First time here...loved it... waiting on ride to go back...yum yum yum. Hope food n service stays Good.

Parking: Liked how worker came to table to ask how food was. Shows they care.

My wife went to get the strips on her lunch break and had to leave without the food. She waited 15 minutes and had to return to work hungry. She was in the drive thru so I don't understand why it took so long to get her food. That's unacceptable.
