I have known these 2 brothers and their family since they came to America. I was their second driver in the 60s. I took alot friends and family there. Also alot of people from the circus when it came to town. Never had a problem with anyone or anything in that store. They were always my friends and later in life part of my family. True friends!!!

Update: After reading some of the other reviews I realized I left out some of the other details because I was being too nice. I had the cheese steak and some people are saying they're great but let's be honest they're nothing special, but decent for a late night craving. Also a few people said racist...on my way there once I heard one of the workers say the N word when chatting wirh customers outside ugh 😓 very unfortunate. Now that I see the people saying there are roaches I def wouldn't come back... not worth supporting roachy racists. Good for an old South Philly pizza joint. Great prices, good food for your desperate late night craving since they're open very late. Unfortunately the atmosphere is not the best because the inside is a bit dilapidated, so not the best for eating in, but good for takeout. Too much Catholic/Pope decor for my taste but I guess that's the way of the neighborhood. I hate giving less than optimal ratings but I'm just being honest, not saying anything they don't know.

We had heard about this pizzeria on a show called Food Paradise which made us want to check it out. When we were in Philadelphia a few days ago we went for dinner. My husband & I shared a Philly cheesesteak Stromboli & man was it ever delicious. The place it big in size but it’s big in flavor & friendliness. We will definitely return when we are in the Philadelphia area. Gotta try the rest of the menu.

TRULY RACISTS TOWARDS WHAT SEEMS LIKE EVERY DANG BODY EXCEPT ITALIANS... INCREDIBLY RUDE / UNPROFESSIONAL .. I WOULD ADVISE YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO A DANG BURGER KING OR SOMETHING ON THAT LEVEL. THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHES CRAWLING UP THE MENU ....DISGUSTING.

The girls who take the orders are very busy but remain friendly. It's inexpensive food and very good. The delivery is FAST & very professional. The guy who delivered tonight is named Phil...very nice person (deserves good tips)...I order from here at least once or twice a week!! Love them.

Awesome, true South Philly classic. Pizza, steaks, hoagies, pasta, sandwiches - everything is great! All served with old school customer service that will make you feel like you're part of the family.
