Very happy with our dinner visit! Food was very yummy, especially the chicken karagee ?!! The ambiance was very nice too — we were particularly please that the music wasn’t super loud (to the point where we need to scream to talk to each other)! Service was great as well! Will definitely come back ?!

We've ordered takeout from here twice now. Overall the ramen is better than nearby @ramen, but subpar in comparison to the rest of the city. The hakata pork broth is the best option here, though a bit watery. The curry ramen was the absolute WORST. It is supposed to be chicken broth with curry, but it straight up just tasted like super salty curry, no hint of broth whatsoever. I can't fathom how anyone there would think that would pass as broth for soup. Now the kicker for why I won't be ordering again is their service. We called in advance to ask if their roast pork is marinated in soy because one of us has a soy allergy, and the person on the phone went to ask someone else to confirm, to which we were told no, it has no soy. Well of course it did have soy and caused a reaction. Staff members, please know the ingredients of your food for the safety of your customers. And chef, please taste your curry soup base because it is way off!

Ordered from doordash - got someone else's order and was not refunded for the entirety of my order. Delivery guy seemed rushed as well and the food I did get was leaking all over the place.

Pretty good ramen. The place is always empty when I go to pick up food.

Most if not all the food we ordered were from frozen premade. I could have bought the same thing from Costco and made it myself. The broth on the Ramen also seemed premade with no depth of flavor and tasted like flavor packets. Service was also subpar with the server always distracted on his phone and really checked out and did not want to be there. It was a nightmare visit. Will not be going back, too many good restaurants in the area.

Amazing food and fun ambience!!! Our second time in a month. Highly recommended! We live up the street and we love it here.

Door dashed the order and the broth and chicken was packaged separately from the Ramen bowl, which was perfect. Everything was still hot and the chicken was crispy. The to-go Ramen bowl was useful.

The calamari is a 10/10 and it's a very lively environment. Fun place to bring some friends and meet new people.

Daughter had her sweet 16 here and basically owned the place for 3 hours. Owners and staff super understanding and mellow. Thank you!

Had a seaweed salad for the appetizer, a noodle bowl for lunch, and a Japanese beer as a beverage. All were good, and the service was great!

Got a totally wrong food, told the waiter quietly, he had no word, no apologies, got a wrong soup base again, soup smells porky badly instead of chicken base, so I couldn't eat. I waited until my sister finished her food because I didn't want to ruin her lunch. Told the waiter about wrong food again quietly and asked for a check. He denied, almost confronted about porky smell soup base and shakes head with bad attitude, waiter was extremely rude. As a customer, whoever took order mistake is understandable but waiters rudeness is not acceptable.

So delicious and fresh! I ordered to go and it was packaged perfectly! Broth separate from the noodles but everything so delicately placed! Staff was friendly upon pick up of items! And the restaurant was clean and filled. I loved everything about the ramen! I only wish that they served it with Bok choy!

Really excellent ramen, among the best I've had in the Philly area.I had the Akamaru Modern ramen and crispy calamari. Calamari was great, but nothing too special.Ramen was fantastic, great mix of spice and salt in broth, soft and flavorful chashu, and honestly a lot of volume to the noodles and broth. Very filling dish and almost as good as my favorites in NYC.Would definitely return to this location if I'm in the Manayunk area.

Second time stopping by this place as my boyfriend and I were out enjoying the weather, walking the strip in Manayunk and decided to stop in. Lovely looking place, and the server is very attentive--She served me the last time I was there. It was my bfs first time dining here and he can be picky at times so unfortunately he didn't love anything he ordered and probably won't come back--He had the shrimp swirl pops which tasted like fried shrimp and he said those were okay, but he didn't like the fry on the chicken and he said he wished they had a larger menu with more options to chose from. If you've read my reviews before, y'all know I love Asian food so this was more up my alley. I ordered the shrimp skewers, and shrimp shumai, as I did the last time because they were delicious. I tried the veggie gyoza and I didn't like those at all, probably because I didn't recognize any of the veggies I was tasting so it was a bit odd. My server recommended the shrimp tempura curry ramen, so I went with her suggestion. I'm not going to lie, the fried shrimp seemed a bit odd to have with a noodle dish that has broth in it so I decided to eat the ramen without the shrimp because that was just over complicating the meal in my opinion. I was a bit skeptical about the boil eggs because they didn't look like the normal color of boiled eggs I usually eat. I asked the server what kind of eggs they were and she said they were regular boiled eggs that had been marinated and gone through a unique cooking process to get a certain texture yolk that gives a nice flavor to the dish. So fearfully I ate what looked like a baby dinosaur egg to me, and it turned out to be one of the best ramen I've ever eaten; no lie. Something about that eggs set the dish off as she said; I loved the texture and the flavor of it, it was just ugh chef kiss!! I know where I'll be going to get my ramen for now on--Yum! The only thing I'd like to see are some more menu items because the options are pretty limited as I mentioned earlier in this review, but otherwise job well done!
