I booked the Merlot room months before for my daughter’s bridal shower the day of the event I was told I didn’t have that room I had the Noir room because I had a smaller party. I waited all day to talk to Kevin the manager, who I found out is Kevin Smith the Owner, that never came in and when I asked again at the end of the party he was not at the restaurant I had to call him three times and left a message he didn’t seem to care about my complaints and said I was bumped from that room because I had a smaller party I was never told this could happen. I told him his room is embarrassing it’s missing ceiling tiles, water marks on other tiles, the walls clearly had tape marks missing paint on walls, the bathroom does not lock, and was “gross” as one guest said, the bartender because it’s not connected directly to the restaurant kept having to go out the back door to the restaurant which left the bar empty and had my guests waiting for a drinks, some ready to get it themselves, not to mention the soda dispenser wasn’t working for the first half hour of the party. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the condition and how we were treated when I voiced our concerns. Kevin Smith should contact the bridal party and make things right, $100 off doesn’t cover the humiliation of meeting new in laws when they have to guard the bathroom door and hang at the bar waiting for the bartender to get wine or a soda while the stocked bar stood there empty. It used to be a good place to go. I’m still confused how I come to see the rooms and pick a room that I want and you think it okay to just bump me with no notice??! I’ve never had that happen at any other establishment and my family has rented many over the years. If the owner doesn’t care about restaurant maybe he should sell it to someone that does care.

My niece booked a room months ago. Today, the day of our event we were put in a smaller, DIRTY room that wasn’t ready for our event. It stunk of smoke, THE BATHROOM DOOR DIDN’T lock, the walls were dirty and had crusty old command strips on them, ceiling tiles were missing , curtains were falling down, the carpet was so dirty it was black. We were supposed to have a server for our event, but our guests frequently were met with an empty bar and had to wait for him to return to get a drink. Chairs were ripped and had broken legs. There was no manager on the premises. When it came time to pay he could only be reached by phone. He was unprofessional and rude to my sister. It’s clear he’s not concerned about fair business or his customers health or safety. We will never return to this establishment. The original owner would have NEVER allowed such disrespectful service!!! Shame on you, Kevin Smith!! You clearly don’t care about your customers or community.

I was here for a dear friend's retirement party. The provided space was nice and it was open bar all night. The food was okay but I found that certain dishes lacked alot of flavor. The room is spacious ans can hold about 75 people comfortably. I would recommend for a small gathering.

Amazing venue, food and staff. Thank you for making it a night to remember!

What a joke! Was there tonight and the food was absolute trash! Salad dressing was spoiled. Soup was goofy tasting. Dinners orders were wrong, lamb was way overcooked and gross, crab meat was disgusting, and chicken was dry. Even the soda was watered down smh. Only positive thing I can say is that the dessert was decent. This place has gone way down in recent years, clearly they don’t care anymore and should just close the doors permanently!

The steak and the bee Parmesan were cold upon arrival at the table. The wait was a little long. We sent the food back twice and twice it was returned cold still. A big disappointment. The waitress was apologetic, but it seems that the only thing that happened with regard to the food getting hot was replaying it on hot plates. Thankfully, we went to the movies afterwards and were able to have popcorn because we didn’t have dinner.

We actually had our wedding reception here over 30 years ago. The decor and, looks like, the same tables and chairs. Needs a good cleaning!
