A great place for healthy, tasty food. Not go as often I used to since I moved but always enjoy a quick bite from here whenever I’m in Rittenhouse area.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience I felt the need to. I placed a catering order for my company and we didn’t quite meet the minimum of 10 people but Rob reached out to confirm and made an accommodation to still let us place our order. The Doordasher picked up the order and left it outside without ringing the doorbell or notifying and our order got stolen within just a couple of minutes. I called Real Food Eatery to see if they could help with a solution to this since this was supposed to feed a whole team. Rob called back within minutes with a solution and resent us the food within the hour. He personally gave us updates on the new order including when it was picked up and should be dropped off and followed up to ensure we received it. He also gave the new dasher clear instructions to please call and notify when getting delivered and not just left outside again. Rob really went above and beyond to accommodate us and made a stressful and disappointing situation into a smooth, stress free one. On top of the AMAZING customer service, the team really loved the food as well. Just wanted to say thank you to Rob and to everyone that helped with this situation! Will be ordering from here again :)

I work in the F&B industry. This was my second time dining here. The first time I was served by a woman who way very kind & the food was great. The second time I came here, although it was 11am the doors were not unlocked. The male with glasses and baseball cap (who manages to be rude each time so far) came and unlocked the door several minutes later and then walked away.
It would have been stellar customer service to apologize for opening late & open the door to your first customer of the day literally standing right there, but he didn’t do that. And then, to be ignored by him upon entering and having to wait longer than I should have once the woman working with him came out and realized he had not served me yet. Its a shame that the food is amazing & as a person who sees the value in what Real Food Eatery is doing & wants to continue to support their mission— it’s difficult to justify continuing to go here when the service was very poor. I think the staff could really benefit from some re-training in customer service and hospitality.

They gave me a free meal due to their machines going down for a while. I’ll make sure I pay them back next time I go. But I do go a lot, and it was a nice thing to do, so adding a review.
The food is really good. If you’re looking for something filling, fast, healthy, and isn’t going to make you feel like junk afterward… this is it.

Having dinner with people - a vegan and a meat-centric - and not sure where to go? This is your spot. Amazing chicken, veggies, rice and salad. Water available. Will also add a vegan pesto drizzle over it all, if you would like. Really great. Nice counterperson as well.

Portions are generous for the price. I had the dry rub chicken, which was tender. The sides were also pretty good. Overall, I think this is a good spot

First time walking in. This was around lunch time and there was only one other customer. Walked up to the counter and the girl is just staring at me. I tell her the food I want and she asks me questions but is mumbling the whole time. I had to keep asking to repeat. She rolled her eyes several times. The food did not even look that great. So I had enough and just left. Went around the corner to Qdoba that was busier for a reason. Better service and the food was good.

Great portions and so many options! Would recommend
Attempted to call the establishment after placing an order online to adjust the order. Placed several calls that went immediately to voicemail. Eventually someone answered at one point put me on hold and after a few minutes hung up. Completely unprofessional.

The music is too loud all Philadelphia stores. I asked one guy who said he was the manager to turn down the music and he did BUT his employee turned the music back up. I tried to speak to them both about it and the manager wouldn’t turn the music back down. I tried to negotiate a lower volume that was good for both of us but the two guys wouldn’t negotiate. Their ability to work with loud music was more important to them then the customer. I wouldn’t eat here again because if I can’t enjoy a peaceful meal, or read, without music blaring while I’m trying to eat, then the food isn’t worth it. The employee told me to take my food and go home to read. The employee was agitated and the immature manager allowed the bad behavior. When I’m in center city, I need to be able to eat in. Where I come from, the worker isn’t selfish. Find better staff who have customer service skills.
