Real Food Eatery is the perfect quick lunch or dinner option! I love any of their bowl options - you really can't go wrong! My personal favorites are the Parmesan broccoli, falafel, and herb chicken. The food is no where close to mind blowing or the most amazing thing I've ever eaten, but it's affordable and gets the job done! Overall, the quality and taste meet expectations for the price point. It's a healthier alternative to other takeout spots and it's incredible how they keep their food super favorable! The flavor is key in making me want to opt for this rather than a greasy burger.

I've been going to this Real Food location since it opened near my office and have always had a great experience. The service is friendly, the food is fresh, and the total time there is fast enough for the short time I have at lunch to grab some quality food. With the recent situation, my husband and I ordered the at home meal for a few dinners this week, and we were just as pleased with the experience of the delivery and the quality (and quantity) of the food for both nights.
The selection was good, but I found the menu to be confusing, e.g., "Organic Spring Mix w/Lemon + Olive Oil" What is "Spring Mix?" I was eating with two colleagues, and there was no place to sit in the Eatery.

I used to really love this place, but the quality/taste has really slipped in the past year or so. First, they used to have a really tasty steak protein option that was replaced with a rather sad braised beef. But, I still really enjoyed their side options and so figured I'd give them another shot. Unfortunately, the sides have also gone considerably down hill since I was last there (bring back the former asian slaw salad recipe, or the brussel sprouts slaw, and maybe I'll consider returning).

They've recently downsized their bowls to a smaller size but maintained their prices ($12 per bowl approx) but as long as the quality of their food remains the same, they'll keep you coming back. The RFE CLASSIC BOWL comes with hearty white meat Lemon Herb Chicken, Parmesan Roasted Broccoli, & Roasted Sweet Potatoes served over brown rice or quinoa with a delicious sesame dressing. This is my go-to, but from time to time I splurge on the grass-fed braised beef teriyaki bowl which is served over a delicious slaw. They provide options for online ordering, or you can go in person to see their options for yourself. They have menu's you can skim through while you wait, if you stop in during the lunch rush be sure to carve out about 10-15 minutes.
