Decent matcha, not super milky and retained the matcha flavor. It does not come sweetened if you’re into that but they have simple syrup at the counter. The inside is small ish and noise carries.

Could not believe how horrible the customer service was here! I have never written a review before but because of the rudeness I experienced at the shop and all the other interactions I saw from the staff towards customers that were equally unacceptable I had to write this review. Barista that was working there did not even acknowledge me when I tried to ask her about their pastries and drinks and only bothered to interact when asking me to pay. I thought maybe she was having a bad day. However, I went again a couple of days later and the same woman was working the register. I said good morning to her and all I got was a stare. I thought maybe she hadn’t heard me. But as I was waiting for my drink to be made she had the exact same rudeness towards all other customers who ordered after me. The coffee itself was good and the ambiance of the shop was nice. However the interaction with the staff made the entire experience sour. Will not be going back unless they change their staff.
Absolutely one of my favorite coffee shops in all of Philly!! Every time I go the baristas are so helpful when I struggle to decide what to get. Kristen is especially great every time I get her beautiful latte art. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte w shot of espresso. Delicious, quality ingredients w an aesthetically pleasing presentation. I recommend! Perfect place for a quick one on one meeting or just a quiet & clean place to work virtually.

I was standing with my friend to get a to-go cup for my coffee and the barista ordered my friend to clean up some dishes on the counter. She was confused and he demanded she do it again. She said "oh, those aren't mine," as they weren't hers, and he said, "I saw you put them there," accusing her of lying. So rude! And the chai tasted bad.

if you’ve given this place a negative review, i am assuming it is because you demanded respect without extending it, tried to order a frappe, complained about the pricing, don’t like genuinely good coffee because your taste has been corroded by all the starbucks you drink, or all of the above.
with that being said: the store is lovely and clean, the staff are quick and very good at what they do, and the coffee (specifically the cappuccino) is delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented.
a word to the wise: if you plan on acting entitled, be prepared—and justifiably so—to receive a no nonsense treatment. you will have no one to blame but yourself.
