Haven't been to Red Lobster in a while, that seafood boil was everything. Seasoned to perfection

The service was extremely slow from the kitchen. Waiters were dropping food. Although the soup and broccoli were good, my crab legs were very dry and unseasoned. I don’t recommend the garlic roasted legs. My sister had the old bay/parmesan and they looked to be alright. I would definitely recommend that management gets tighter with the service. Make sure orders are taken correctly and food is coming out promptly.

This place has always had a sour taste in my mouth. Not sure who oversees this particular Red Lobster, but they really need new Management. I went a few weeks ago and the service was Horrible to say the least. Then I went back again my way of invite to the Manager with a $25 gift card. Fortunately, the service was better this time around, but unfortunately the food was terrible. First, it came put totally different from the last time around. The last time it was presented on a plate, no bag and very flavorful and delicious. This time, it was in a bag, shrimp over cooked balled up to nothing, lobster so over cooked that it was stuck in the shell, the sauce was absolutely flavorless. I appreciate your return invite and regret having this to report. The nee CEO should come and disguise himself so he can shut this place DOWN. They will never get right!!! I really hope there's consistency in the future, somewhere else. At least the biscuits are always a hit. (Even if they run out every 5 minutes)

My husband and I had lunch here the other day. I thought it would be crowded, but there were only 2 tables that were occupied. We were served 2 stale biscuits because the new batch was still in oven. The waitress was miserable, we ordered the surf and turf medium well, an appetizer and 2 drinks. My drink took 20 minutes, I don't know why cause the place was empty. Eventually our appetizer came out, which was plopped on the edge of table. Eventually we got fresh biscuits. The surf and turf came out, the steak was well done, not medium well the lobster was tough and rubbery. The lobster tail was the smallest lobster I've seen in my 60+ yrs. I actually believe that lobster should've been thrown back in the ocean that's how small it was! I complained to the waitress who did tell manager. The manager NEVER bothered to come by our table. That lunch was closed to 100 bucks. That was our last time at Red Lobster. Now I realize why the place was empty during lunchtime and only 1 waitress working.

My Wife’s Birthday :)
Celebrating my wife and the fact that we just had our first child three weeks ago! She wanted to go out to eat, and one of her favorite places is Red Lobster.
She had her usual—the Admiral’s Feast—but I had to try the seafood bag everyone’s been talking about. The average cost of a seafood bag at other restaurants is about $30–$50, so for $45.99, I thought I’d give it a shot. To my surprise, it was really good!
Now, my reviews are always honest, so here’s the deal: the popcorn shrimp appetizer was a bit disappointing. For $13.99, they were not as pictured on the menu. I was served about 30 tiny shrimp—literally pea-sized! Out of all of them, maybe 10 were a decent size. Still tasty, but not what I expected.
As for the seafood bag—I’d give it a solid 9/10. It came with 10 shrimp, 2 corn on the cob, about 5 potatoes, 1 split lobster tail, and 1 cluster of snow crab legs. The only downside was the potatoes: slightly hard and underseasoned, like they’d been lightly boiled in plain water and tossed in last-minute. When you bite into them, they’re bland—but everything else was amazing.
In closing, major shoutout to the staff—Geraldine (our server) and Malika (the manager) took exceptional care of us!

Me and my daughter went to try the new seafood boil (Mariner). We were seated promptly. There was an incident that delayed our order being taking which wasn’t the fault of the store. Our server took our order which did not come out for a hr and 45min. I spoke with the General Manager Danielle Jones who was awesome! She checked in with the kitchen and had our order out in 15 min, she even paid for our food. The boil was really good, 9 out of 10. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we left with a positive experience.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Tastes like freezer food. Seafood boils are barely enough food for even 1 person. Shrimp tasted like it was still half frozen. Portions are so small. And the workers are all rude. Waited 40 minutes for a REFILL! Then I wanted a refund for the pasta that I took one bite of because it was so gross and the manager had a condescending tone about it. Will never come here again!

Not worth spending money here. My server was very nice and kind but not attentive. The food took a little over an hour to come out and my party’s food was all different temperatures. The food was not good. I had the Salmon New Orleans and it was absolutely disgusting. The mash potatoes taste like water box mashed potatoes, the fish was extremely dry and flavorless but it had no color on it. I was just overall disappointed. This red lobster is not like it used to be.
