Ordered over an hour and half before the food was ready even though it said it would be ready half an hour later. Waited for an hour inside of the restaurant to pick up my order with a line of 5 others who were also waiting. It should not take this long for take out and if it is, at least give a more accurate wait time.

No rolls until we were leaving. Plastic spoons forks knives one paper napkin. Welch and Roosevelt blvd philadelphia , pa. No one to check you in . You had to sign a paper to let them know you were there.

I should've known it would've been that great when I went in..the staff was good but my food was not. I ordered take out and when I got it home it was not good. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. I really wanted RL, hadn't had it for awhile but it was disappointing.

Service is very slow... not that many servers in a busy day... I was given a chipped glass of margarita, twice...obviously server did not check the glass before serving it.Is not a place I go to have to lunch or dinner. I was invited to have a drink there and I was a little skeptical. It just reminded me why I don't go to Red Lobster.. this is not my opinion based on experiences. Everyone has their own opinion.Parking: Free parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids meal available activity with creations and colorful picturesWheelchair accessibility: Access for wheel chairs is a must

I remember when Red Lobster was a quality meal. For starters, the service was incredibly slow. We waited 20 minutes after being seated for the waitress to come to the table. Then it was another 20 minutes just to get drinks to the table. When the food finally came, my order was wrong and I was missing a salad.The food itself didn't look especially appealing, and the portions were ridiculous. I ordered the scallop and shrimp parmesan and the scallops were literally dime sized and there were four in total. We had to ask for biscuits twice. Won't be back.

4/21/24I’ll start with the Good stuff, I was greeted at the door and the wait time was about 2-5 Minutes⏰ & It wasn’t to busy. We were seated by a Nice Lady and she placed the biscuits on the table and said the waiter would be there shortly. Id say we waited 5-10 Minutes⏰for the waiter to come gave us water and walked away maybe 15-19 Minutes ⏰later he came back and asked what we wanted drink. Waited about 18 Minutes for the drinks to come out our biscuits were a little hard on the outside. I ordered a salad with no cheese ???when my salad came out there was cheese on it, I let someone know my salad was not made correctly and it was fixed however he slammed it down and did the same with the drinks ?we ordered. We asked for more bisquites that we never received, The Waiter was moving so fast attending different tables to wasn’t able to really check in with us and make sure everything was ok. We wait an 1hr + for our food to come out warm, The Person I was with said their shrimp ?wasn’t fully cooked. My shrimp the flavor really just wasn’t there, The Rice ?under the Grilled shrimp Was Not Fully cooked it was still hard. We didn’t get our side of fries we had to say something and had to wait another 5 Minutes ⏰. The put a seasoning on the fries its not the most tasty? At that point we paid and left. This was not an enjoyable red lobster experience & its clear they are under staffed. Hope they Improve and other people don’t have to experience this!!?
