Food is always good. Customer service can be better especially compares to the customer service you would get in the philippines. Definite must try are their empanadas and cheesy mamon and butter mamon. If its hot try their halp halo as well. They also have value meals, you’ll get an entre, dessert, and a drink.

I asked politely the staff if I can take photo of the items they are selling in Filipino and the person in the register wearing mask (Annie) bluntly answered Yes - without any customer service or any enthusiasm.I grabbed a pack of the variety of Mamons and ordered a slice of black forest cake while she was packing it in a to go pack; the cherry on top of the cake fell off on the table. Annie just placed it back to the cake as if like nothing happened. She also knows that I am looking at it. Never said anything or apologized for the incident. I was in a shocked and was not able to react or say something. I paid the items and left and we just removed the toppings of the black forrest cake. This should never happened, I do not know how clean that table was and she did not even replaced it. It is alarming because she could just do it like nothing happened right infront of the customer. Makes me wonder what else she can do while the customers aren't paying attention. The mamon pack has expiry of 09/2024 but after 2 days of purchased 2 of the items were moldy a waste of money. Will not go back to this shop again.Lots of parking available outside and they are free.

We opened a bag of mamon we bought today, and every single one we opened had mold. The expiry sticker says December 31st but today/we bought it on December 29th.

I've only had Sans Rival from Red Ribbon in Jersey when I was younger. It's always been my favorite cake. On rare occasions whenever we are in Jersey, we would order to take home. Recently my sister mastered baking it at home. Well, for Xmas my other sister that lives in Philly stopped by this Red Ribbon to bring some Filipino baked goods. I asked her to buy an extra Sans Rival for me. Everyone's reaction with the first bite? My sister's is better. Why? Because there was barely any buttercream! It's disappointing. Every bite, you should be able to taste the butter. For this cake being my favorite, I know how it's suppose to taste. The merengue is good. The buttercream is good, but don't be so cheap with it. It's suppose to be covered. And the Braso De Mercedes is way too lemon-y. Upsetting. I was excited Philly finally has Red Ribbon since we live not too far. Until they improve some things, it'll be hard to brag and recommend them to other cultures.

Finally a Red Ribbon in the Northeast Philadelphia area. Delicious Palabok & yummy cakes & halo halo. Definitely returning. There is a parking lot too.

They gave me a wrong cake yesterday. Ordered mocha roll but when I opened it today it is chocolate. I came all the way upstate NY to visit the shrine in PA. Better check your item first before leaving the store. Just ruin my bday today.

This is a Filipino Bakery Chain icon. You are not Filipino from the Philippines if you do not know the brand. As expected most of their products are commercialized and pricey. We ordered chicken and beef empanada, chocolate and mango cake slices and palabok family size. Good portions and flavor on point. Place is clean as well as the bathrooms. We will come again.

I ordered online, and the delivery was quick. But the pastry isn't fresh baked pastry. They are in a bag. I thought it was fresh baked pastries. But, they have great customer service. They refunded me back the money, with no questions asked.

The mamom is delicious, highly recommend the butter which is my favorite. We also got the Ube Flan which was so tasty. Yes, sometimes they're out of things but that just goes to show stuff is fresh instead of just sitting on the shelves or in the coolers. And the pricing is more then fair for these tasty treats.

Tasha the supervisor was the only one in the cashier. She did a great job doing the sales and on top of that making sure the store looks good.1. Sales because-$130 for bake goods is pretty good. The chicken empanada is not even available yesterday and that was the main reason we drove there.2. Store looks good- she made sure everything on the display is fully stack. We observed her while we were eating. All of this with a smile. You cannot beat that. Keep it Tasha. You will go far if you keep doing that.Minus one star because the chicken empanada is available. While we were eating people(maybe 6 to 7 people in the span of time we were there) came in to ask for the chicken empanada as well. So it means it’s a good product to sale.

Luz helped me pick out a few items. Her description of the chocolate cake was so mouth watering I had to get it. She didn't lie. This cake was so good! The ube and mocha sponge cakes were also a good choice. The chocolate cake had a wrap on it in the container which helped keep it moisture and keep it from messing up in the container. Thank you for that.
