Their delivery driver's are rude and unprofessional. The one today decided to park directly outside my house for 6 minutes BLASTING music, yet couldn't wait 6 seconds before he was ringing my doorbell again becuase I wasn't at the door yet. My order clearly stated I live on the 2nd floor I'm not just sitting by my front door waiting for them to show up whenever they finally do. This was my first order in over a year because I had a problem with the last driver saying something smart out of his mouth becuase I missed his first phone call that he was outfront when my phone was on silent, the way I prefer it, and I'm sitting there listening to the doorbell or knocking like a normal person would do. If your the type of person who doesn't take crap from people and want to avoid getting into a fight, I'd suggest avoiding delivery from Renzi's. And that's like atleast half of philly right? Renzi's you might wanna consider hiring some better drivers. The food isnt good enough to make up for it..... and they got my order wrong as well.

Very good pizza and Stromboli. Very good customer service, I recently had an issue where the Stromboli had very little steak and they quickly responded and corrected the problem. Its rare to find a business that actually cares about their customers. I also love being able to order and pay on the website.

Definitely one of my top ten pizza places. Renzi's always delivers great tasting food. Had a larger order and everything came out as ordered with no issues or delays. The person who took the order was friendly and patient. Only thing I would say is, bring back the ground sausage. The sliced sausage is good but I think the ground was much better. Will definitely be back again.

me and my friends decided to eat in here today, and the lady who took our order and brought our food out was very rude to me and my friends for no reason. she treated us like we were disrespectful though none of us were at all and kept giving us an attitude. the second we walked in, she was immediately rude to us. this is the last time i’m eating in here ever i was so ready to turn around and eat at old english instead.

Me and my friends came in to eat here today and the person who served us was very rude from the second we stepped in the door i’m assuming she was a manager because she looked older and the only other workers were teenagers. As soon as we went up to the counter to order she stated that we could not sit in here if we weren’t ordering which is understandable because they probably have kids from the elementary school trying to come in and hang out.Even after we respectfully told her that we were coming in to eat she still treated us disrespectfully and made smart remarks the whole time we were ordering our food.Then when we sat down and she brought out our food she would just toss it on the table without saying anything to us even though we said thank you to everything she brought to us and were very respectful. My friend even tipped her 10 dollars after her rude service.i understand it might be frustrating having kids come in to just hang out but we are seniors in hs just coming in to eat and we even shown over and over that we are very respectful people and she still treated us with disrespect for no reason at all.

98% of the workers are extremely rude & cocky. The food ain't even all that. Personally, we think Old English is wayyy better for a neighborhood pizza shop & wayyy better priced.

The girl who took my order was polite, i just ordered a small pizza well done, the driver was polite, but the pizza was cold, soggy, and not well done. Ate 1 piece n threw it out.

all of the food i got was pretty much premade store bought stuff thrown in a microwave and not even fully cooked. the hot sauce was separating from itself. everything was just disgusting and gross
