Renzi's Pizzeria MAYFAIR

We ordered hambergers. They looked nothing like the menu. Taste was none. Mc Ds are better. So if you like 2 pieces of thin leather like hamburgers this is the place to go.

The Passyunk chicken cheesesteak is my fav, and their salads are pretty good. Delivery became consistentl to my home address, again from Mayfair. And i go in to eat in sometimes.
My only complaint is sometimes the males behind the counter, Im not sure what they do there, talk way too loud and personal, with colorful language.

. The customer service was on point. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. A great place for authentic Italian American pizza

My favorite. The entire staff is friendly, from the people answering the phones to the delivery guys. Delivery is usually under 30 minutes. My new go-to is sauce on top with half sausage. So good! 🍕

This isn't the first time that we have ordered from here. We order from this establishment at least twice a month. The tomato pie is wonderful but today it was cold. We ordered at noon and was told that the order will be here in 30 minutes. At 12:35 we called and was told the driver left without our order. The person said he is going to return back to the pizzeria and pick up our order again and will be brought within a few minutes. We called for a third time at 12:49 because it never came. The person who picked up the phone said they will call the driver to see what's happening. The call was hung up and this time we were livid. We called back and the person kept giving excuses. No customer service skills. We shouldn't have to pay for this pizza as this was not our error. At 1:10 the driver finally showed up with no apology and he couldn't look at us straight. This isn't acceptable.

I ordered a small pizza that was done completely sloppy—overloaded with cheese to the point it was inedible. It was greasy, poorly made, and just plain disgusting.
The Greek salad wasn’t any better—there were globs of blue cheese thrown on top like an afterthought, totally overwhelming the flavor. If this is the kind of food you’re going to deliver at the end of the night, maybe consider closing early instead of serving customers subpar food.

Ive been ordering from Renzi's for years but lately its been hit or miss with the quality and taste of the pizza lately. Forget the fries, they were salty and stale. I have called to express my disappointment, it doesnt matter. Maybe it's time to change.
