Ive been ordering from Renzi's for years but lately its been hit or miss with the quality and taste of the pizza lately. Forget the fries, they were salty and stale. I have called to express my disappointment, it doesnt matter. Maybe it's time to change.

I ordered cheese fries and it was really salty , i couldn’t even eat it , and then I called to tell the place and they hanged up on me.

I like this place, but you can tell that they changed the brand of steak that they're using now. Their cheese steaks fell of big time

How many times can you say "NO MAYO" on a sandwich. EVERY TIME I CALL THE "F" ING sandwich is covered with it. Next time its going back will not pay for it and will demand to speak with owner.

Usually the Pizza is Great but today it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was spotty thin in places where the cheese covered outside of the pizza. We couldn’t even pick the pizza up to eat it. I had to give my 5 year old a Fork. Pizza is his favorite but he was very disappointed by this. Please do better.

Admittedly, I never was a fan of anything but jersey shore style Neapolitan. Renzi's was offered to me 17 years ago and since then it's my and my son's go-to. Great sauce! I could drink it. Cheese is good quality, not that cheap oily stuff. Crust is crisp & flakey, dough has nice chew to it. Every bit is always eaten, no scraps (pizza bones) for our doggie.

Every single time I order they mess my food up so now when I call they spend 5 minutes getting a manager to take my order, and the manager has a nasty attitude!I've been nothing but polite and I always tip. They're upset that I'm holding them to the standard of having my food prepared correctly. I'll just order elsewhere, I don't have time to worry about whether somebody's going to spit in my food or not.

I went yesterday to eat food there an food was not cooked properly I asked to speak to a Manager an they kept saying No Manager was there…I’m a customer of 3yrs an for the pass weeks my food hasn’t been cooked correctly my order was $68 an it was not worth it at all,the cooks need more cooking experience,I’m done with this place I’m not going back Good Luck Renzis
