Man I always read reviews about spots and try to think my experience would be different but with reserve, I honestly have to give them a low rating. The hookah is trash. I’ve gotten it twice trying to see if it would be different and each occasion was the same.
For 60$ you get two good pulls then it’s done . The person who serves you will deliver your hookah, include tip in the price on top of the 60$ and leave you. I honestly don’t plan on spending money on anything else if I ever do decide to return in here. I’d advise pregame before coming.

Your staff need improved customer service training, especially regarding respectful interactions with all patrons. It is absolutely unacceptable for anyone to put their hands on a customer. Such behavior is unprofessional and concerning. The Lounge should consider addressing these issues seriously. The actions observed suggest a lack of inclusivity and respect, potentially indicating homophobic attitudes. Even if the customer's lifestyle or identity doesn't align with your personal beliefs, it does not justify physical or verbal aggression. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Actually very bad and harmful place when it comes to accepting those of the LGBTQ+ community. Recently threw my friend outside of club trying to remove them, causing major injuries. Absolutely broke my heart seeing how they were treated. I do not recommend and reserve will be sued. This is a hate crime club.

Everything about this place is absolutely TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, the people who run this place are hateful, violent bigots with extreme mental issues. It might as well be tan by 3 year olds. They are disgusting people, have disgusting food, and the overall atmosphere was uneasy and disturbing due to the terrible security guards, receptionist, and other workers.

It was heartbreaking to witness my friend being man handled by security for simply minding his business. He was targeted and disrespected by security from the moment he arrived at the club, being told to “make sure he used the males bathroom”. An inappropriate comment was even made towards me by security when I arrived. Up until this traumatizing moment he was a loyal and returning customer, that’s how you repay him? My first time going and I will never go back, my money is too good to be in a place that is blatantly homophobic and just downright cruel. They tried to do damage control because we retrieved footage from a woman who also watched him be thrown out , and it is now circulating on all platforms, by putting out a false statement that he was being aggressive, when me and multiple other witnesses know that is not the truth. They have deleted the statement because we all told the truth. My friend will be the last person y’all get away with treating like trash, know that.
