Absolutely horrible waited over an hour and a half to get our food which was burnt then the bill was of course wrong, which led to another 20 minute wait. Don’t waste your time unless you have four hours to invest in expensive mediocre food.

Revolution House is not good for groups of 5+. During the hour it took for our food to arrive, we watched couple after couple order, dine and leave as we sat there waiting. The server couldn't care less. After an hour, most of our orders arrived. And of those orders, several were cold that should have served hot. Overall just a needlessly terrible experience. No point in returning and risking a similar experience. If you're searching for a place to get dinner with friends in Old City, skip Revolution House.

Our bartender Felix was the best! Entire staff was attentive and made our happy hour stop great. Charming atmosphere and very nice upstairs bar and rooftop seating.

I went to revolution house for a date and it was amazing! The food came out super quickly and our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend said the flatbread was the best he's ever had. The rooftop had a great vibe and bars in the area after made for a great night.

The burger and fries were good. The dessert menu only has two options. The rumbling cars and bikes with loud speaker systems were super annoying driving down Market and 2nd Streets. Dont get out door seating in the summer evenings if you dont want loud noise. The waiter was fine. I think he wanted us to either move faster or leave our table sooner, but it was emptying, so we weren't taking away his business.
Great experience, great service! We sat on the second floor and it was beautiful up there! The server was lovely and attentive. We got the French onion soup (amazing), Brussels sprouts (cooked to perfection, perfect crunch and seasonings), Caesar salad (perfect amount of dressing), and their Mac and cheese (we wish it was baked a bit more but still good). Definitely recommend.

We had a late lunch/early dinner here on the upstairs patio this week. Burgers and hand cut fries were delicious!! Service has excellent and attentive without being rushed.

This was by far, the worst experience dining in Philadelphia we have had. This place went downhill fast. Dirty and inexperienced staff that were unable to control an abusive drunk patron. This belligerent woman verbally accosted our entire family, one by one, for no reason other than she needed someplace to put her anger at the world. She aggressively approached our table 3 times. She was especially rude to my 80+ year old in-laws who were understandably scared. When the staff FINALLY asked her to leave, she screamed and cursed at them until they had to call the police. She said she was friends with the owner. The staff were all young kids without a responsible adult on site. They managed the situation as best as they could but should have kicked her out much earlier.
