Me and my friends are at a conference in Philadelphia. We decided to stop at Rex pizza and the experience was horrible. We were sitting waiting for our food and a bug crawled across our table. One of my friends ordered her food online and waited 40 minutes and never got her food. When she asked the lady at the counter for a refund she was denied her refund and the lady was rude. Do not visit!!

I Ordered a pizza , the pizza dough was undercooked , I also ordered chicken tenders and they were undercooked, when I mentioned it to staff they laughed and said “You have to tell us you want it cooked all the way”, Never eating at this place ever again (menu prices are a lie, they charge extra $3 towards every menu item) , 0 OUT OF 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

The pizza slices are huge, the cheesesteak is ooey gooey cheesy, and the beer is fresh! It's a slight bit smokey and tightly packed inside but it is well worth it if you happen to be in the area.

Food is always amazing but the service for to go horrible I got hung up then when I called back to place my order the lady answered the phone rudely saying ahh huh what else I just politely said I’m okay I’ll get food else where hire someone who actually has the attitude for front counter

Overall good. But I picked a cheesecake from the fridge and I am glad I opened it while waiting for my pizza. There was a fungal growth on the cheesecake. Be cautious of the stuff in fridge.
