The food is very good but the prices they advertise online when u walk in the store they give u a higher price and tell u that someone else put the advertisement up but u can order food through the same webs site and click on the number to order and she never gave me a total price at the end of the conversation so please ask the total price after your order and u will see the difference good food but bad business I don’t like the way they handled the situation like trying to prove me wrong and lying about the price online just make sure u get the price when calling over the phone and match the price they have online

The food here was amazing. It's a little pricey but If you want to treat yourself to good bbq this will definitely fill you up.
After many years my friend finally got me to go with her to Rib Crib. For the tons of B-wings I have devoted my whole life I could have been enjoying these sooo much more. Great food selection, great prices and great staff. Spent look like much on the outside but treat yourself. It’ll be your new go-to eatery.

We ordered a huge order for Super Bowl Sunday. Called same day, and everything came out perfectly. The order was right, the food was incredibly great, as always, and the staff was on point to make sure that things moved quickly for pick up. They are a Northeast Philly staple, and continue to keep that a true statement .

We’ve been eating at Rib Rack for almost 30 years. We mostly take out. Tonight we were very disappointed in the portion size. Our He Man rack was nothing of the sort. Of course it was the same price. We also encountered a rude clerk on the phone for the first time in a long time. Just a bit of a disappointment for a place that usually is on their game.
Food was amazing I had the bbq beef ribs it was finger licking good….. atmosphere could be better it’s to dark in there you can barely see while you eat. Overall great

It's a shame I had to argue with the help to get sufficient amount of sauce for my dry Buffalo wings. I ordered 50 wings and they attempted to give 3 tiny things of sauce for my entire order. It was supposed to be on the side. They were trying to charge me extra and giving me a hard time... I've been going to this place for over 25 years. Never had an issue. Those employees need some customer service up training.
