Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The best customer service ever!! I love how sweet they are with all their customers. Pretzels are always delicious & can’t forget their amazing water ice! they even offer catering.

I couldn't travel back to Louisiana without trying Rita's. The flavorful FLIGHT has 4 different flavors of your choice and the frozen custard. The MANGO flavor was delicious. We also got the cheese stuffed pretzel and a regular pretzel. Sorry, I did not take a pic of the pretzels bc my sister ate it ? Go try Rita's. You won't be disappointed!

$6.50 for a large cone of vanilla "custard" that is sadly identical in taste/quality to that offered at IKEA, MacDonald's or your favorite Chinese buffet. The last time I had one (a couple years ago at a different Rita's) the "custard" was actually custard and it was delicious. Maybe they're pinching because of the cost of ingredients? Dissapointing anyhow. The staff is on the miserable side, but given that each customer here spent on 15 minutes bugging them about who knows what, I kind of get it.

Helpful tip: There is no difference in size between the small and large sizes, so don't be a sucker like me and pay for a large.

I love this Rita’s but the custard isn’t always made right it seems like, idk. Sometimes it’s fluffy like custard and other times it’s more like just ice cream, if that makes sense, other than that I like this Rita’s !

Is it me or does this Rita's have the greatest custard?This custard is different than every other Rita's I've been to.I think it has some kind of addictive drug inside of it lol ???

3 times I went here and they were closed 1 1/2 hours before listed closing time. Won't be going back.

Small little store that's been there for years! Always seems like they get really good business during open season and the water ice I love because of the real fruit pieces, the custard and the options available.

GOOD PLACE TO GET SHOT TO DEATH FROM A STRAY BULLET FROM THE GUARD HUNTING SNACK CAKE THIEVES WITH A HIGH POWERED RIFLE AT THE KARCO.
