Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Can't beat the delicious water ice at Rita's... fast service, perfect portions

My childhood in a cup. Lemon and cherry never fails.

Quick service and friendly staff. Easy to order and lots of choices. The staff showed me the size differences between the water ice cups. Like that there’s calorie count on the ordering menu. The sugar free tangerine was delicious and the mango gelati was tasty as well. Definitely put a lid on them if you are travelling somewhere and you can’t eat it right away. The soft pretzels looks great too!
Easy to park and place your order at the window.
Maybe Rita’s should start drive thru’s as well??

Dietary restrictions: I’m dairy free so I just order the water ice. I cannot order the gelati sadly. Rita’s, how about dairy free/vegan soft serve ice cream ?

I found TWO FINGERNAILS in my lemonade. Is someone back there clipping finger nails?? This is disgusting and so unsanitary someone needs to be fired

I was only there for about 3 minutes top. I was taken care of immediately. The staff were very kind and polite. Would definitely go to this location again. The only downfall was the parking lot. (See parking for more details)

Parking: The parking lot was very congested, and tight fitting. With a lack of patience with other drivers, that was my only complaint about the experience.

Madeline was the best counter girl I've ever met. Her customer service was 10/10 and helped me out so much when picking my flavor out. She knows what she is doing, i will definitely will be coming back! Thank you, Madeline??

Madlen is the worst gurl ever, so rude, the worst customer service, she turn off machines while my wife and I were waiting in the line and she claimed they closed even it was not 10 o’clock yet, when gently asked her why you did that, she yelled at me, negative review is not enough, i should call manager tomorrow to get at least an apology, I drove 40 min to get there.
