I've been enjoying Rita's water ice since the franchise began, I've been to many different locations, and I am very familiar with the taste and texture of their flavors and especially their custards. This franchise must be using someone else's water ice and custards because what I was served is definitely not a Rita's brand product. First time I go to this Rita's and definitely the last.

Always love coming here for a sweet treat
The absolute worst ritas I have ever ordered from, called to change my order twice then didn't even send the items that were changed order a concrete and it was milk, ordered 3 quarts of water ice and the were know where near full.. absolutely the worst... kids didn't even get the concrete ice creams they asked for

I highly recommend lovely Rita maid , you get all of what you want milk shakes , ice ? cones , ? ice and everything come with a variety of flavors that you just love , so with that being said , how to see you soon ? yummy ?
