The staff and owner are so kind and helpful!! After an ordering mishap, they came through with a 5 gallon of cherry to save the day. They made a whole 3rd grade class so happy (and a very relieved parent in charge of it all). Thank you!!
They give me drink no straw they give me quart no bag, I asked for a bag And bag it myself The lemon has chunks of lemon membrane, It was cold though
Ripoff Rita’s. Ordered a small and a large cone and both were much smaller than the normal small cone.
My water ice was good. I wanted to go right back and get another one
Super friendly. Lines can get long but service is friendly overall.

The worst Rita's location to exist. I waited for 10 minutes before the 3 workers told me they are only accepting DoorDash orders. 3 PEOPLE AND ONE CAN'T GET ME A WATER ICE??? How incompetent can you be. Rude and ridiculous.
Great for summer time heat. Just watch your child sugar intake.

Please note. This location almost never has sugar-free water ice options available. Also the concrete cup was half full. However when I pointed out that there was hardly anything in the cup the young man did add more ice cream to the cup and fill it to the top

Fr don’t work there. They literally use you and don’t get paid for it.
The high school kids that work there are rude and don't give you what you order. They say all the toppings are out even though it's not. And they pick which customers to serve. Literally waited in line just for them to call the woman behind me to take her order.

Workers have great memory! We ordered quite a few things and the workers were able to remember without using a notepad.
Only had 3 flavors of water ice last time I went.
