Came here on the first day of Spring and chose the Island Fusion flavor of Italian Ice. It was refreshing!

Quenyae & Imanie are hands down the nicest and gave the best customer service I ever received at a Rita’s in Philly. I’m from south Philly and will always make the trip to 21tst and south to this location. We came with kids and they were sweet and accommodating! Highly recommend this spot!

Was accosted by CleanChoice Energy canvassers who kept trying after I said I wasn't interested. No problems with service. Prices were not on the menu or reasonable for the portion sizes.

An exceptional experience, to do if you visit Philadelphia!

Love Rita’s water ice !Beautiful location, great place to get a treat during a stroll, after dining in one of the areas many dining venues.

Asked for twist cone 5-10 minutes before closing. Cashier said they were "out" and then told me the time. Seemed like she just didn't want to deal with it so close to close. Why else would she tell me the time?

The 2124 South Street location has twice had the worst customer service during the day. Most recently: two people working, both in the back. One came out and couldn’t seem to deal with my order for one mixed twist and one mango gelati. Called the other person out, who came out and scolded her coworker for making her come out, and then got my order wrong and yelled at the coworker. Both of them were going back and forth at each other like I wasn’t there. Is there any customer service training? I love me some Rita’s, but that kind of service is very discouraging.

Got Rita’s after going to Phillies game on a hot august night. Very refreshing. Got the lemon and cherry. Healy hit the spot. Recommend for sure

Visited Pa for an NF concert which was great! since outside is too hot to survive now a days. made it manageable by finding a Rita’s and this place was great and flavorful. Recommend
