Quenyae & Imanie are hands down the nicest and gave the best customer service I ever received at a Rita’s in Philly. I’m from south Philly and will always make the trip to 21tst and south to this location. We came with kids and they were sweet and accommodating! Highly recommend this spot!

Visited Pa for an NF concert which was great! since outside is too hot to survive now a days. made it manageable by finding a Rita’s and this place was great and flavorful. Recommend

Great location and no wait on a Thursday evening, but the prices for a very simple twist cone feel high. I get it's the city, but the custard wasn't special to us. I understand people come here mostly for the ice though, and a family was enjoying it while we were there. This is an order and then go on a walk place, or if you want to sit the Triangles has seating.
