I'll forever miss this building! I lived here for two years between 2022-2024 and it was the best time. The staff are professional and friendly. The place is always secure and the management is on top of its game. The minute I call for an issue I find maintenance at my door within 5 minutes. I cant recommend this place enough.
I toured with Gabby today and I cannot rave enough about her. She instantly makes you feel like you’re touring a community and not just an apartment. She’s very knowledgeable and well organized. No questions will be left unanswered. I am not sure if I’ll end up signing a lease for personal reasons, but Gabby represent Claridge with such professionalism that I haven’t seen anywhere else.
Fast and professional and clean and courteous. A+++
Lived here from 2021 to 2023. The apartments were affordable for being on the park, all utilities included except wifi. The gym is great with a wonderful view and the packages are always placed in the package room in lockers. Washer/dryers on every floor and an additional laundry room. Maintenance concerns were taken care of quickly (granted I didn’t have many thank god). Never had any pest/bug issues. The management team was extremely cooperative when I needed to make a change with my lease. Apartment can be quite loud at times from outside noise, but you are on Rittenhouse square so this is expected. I loved hearing the music coming from the park, but if that’s not your thing maybe don’t live near the park. All in all would recommend this place to anyone and would’ve stayed if I wasn’t moving to a different state.
We moved in last weekend and it was a great experience! The staff went out of their way to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable and welcome! We are looking forward to spending the next year here!
Timely, courteous and seamless service. The work was completed quickly and with care. The technician was professional and thoughtful.
About a month and a half ago I stopped in here. The doorman in the vestibule was extremely rude and aggressive. I wouldn't suggest this property solely because of that. Professionalism should be a top priority.
We toured this complex. I don’t think it is that great. The amenities are just okay. It got to a point that they showed us a printer as ab amenity. With this price, I can they can spend a but more money on amenities. Also, I asked if they have mice and they told me we live on planet earth and these things happen. I am not sure what exactly that meant.
I scheduled a tour with Michelle from the leasing office for Saturday 5/25 a week ahead of time. I drove 4 hours away and even reserved a hotel room just to scope out the complex since I am relocating. Upon arrival I waited a half hour and then I realized the sign saying their offices are closed.
I received no notice ahead of time, no text, call or email. I’m in the hole a few hundred dollars after gas and hotel accommodations due to lack of proper communication and service.
I could not recommend this complex to anyone based on this interaction alone
What's not to like? Terrific location, beautiful amenities, and a staff who takes care of the building and its residents.

Apartment is beautiful and our move in went smoothly. Staff is very friendly and supportive! Couldn’t be happier ?
The kitchen faucet was corroded and was chaffing a weird matierial. He replaced it with 24 hours! My battery was dead in the master bedroom. I am so highly impressed with the efficiency and response of this building.Unfortunately I have more heater issue.Very pleased. :)
Quick and effective! Thanks ?
Everyone was very helpful and prompt taking care of my issue.
We lived at RC for just over a year and really enjoyed it. Great location, but what set the building apart was the excellent staff. We would live there again if we moved back to Philadelphia.
