I booked with roar for my birthday and days leading up to my birthday i could'nt give in contact with them. Fast forward to the day of my birthday me and my guest arrived around 10ish and the doors were locked, not a bouncer or worker in sight. This happened of 11/29/25 and it is now been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything or issued a refund

Don’t waste your energy here! booked a section for my birthday 3 weeks in advance no contact from the property till a week before , then the day of my birthday they decided to tell me they weren’t opening just 3 hours before I was supposed to arrive ! But was still selling entry tickets online . Never refunded my deposit . Micheal is unprofessional and just unorganized . My birthday was completely ruined! Thanks ROAR

It was I been going there since it was crome,and bamboo bar I had to see what new wasn't much new far as where pool in deck at but the bar and cagar lounge was nice and clean . could use some more marketing advertisement to get poping how it use to be before it use to do many people outside just waiting to get in you can just stay outside and have fun . But it was cool staff was cool food was good too

We bought 11 o’clock tickets waiting in line we got there at 11:02 and tried to tell us we needed to pay $100 cover, front desk lady was awful and rude basically roar took our money for what? Some lame club that lets under 21 year olds in. I was there with my fiancé ,who spent his hard earned money to get in , only for some college freshman to take the last spot. They didn’t even scan ID’s. Calling all freshman go to roar lmao.
Attended a Halloween brunch at this location, and it was horrifying to say the least. The event began at 1 PM, and upon entry there was no music playing, and it was total disarray. The bar was not open, the kitchen was not open, and no one knew what was going on. The food was extremely limited to three items on the menu, and the service for receiving the food took over an hour. Definitely not impressed and don’t plan on returning.

Jules was a great server! She had great energy and made sure we had everything we needed quickly all night long. We got our bottles fast, she was always on top of everything if we needed something, very friendly and nice girl. You can tell she genuinely wants you to have a good time and cares about your experience. I'd recommend getting a table with Jules you'll have a great time!
