About an hour prior to the Eagles game, I placed my order via the Toast app. The app informed me that my order would be ready by a certain time. I arrived well past that time and my order was not ready. I was asked to show my order via the app and at that point the second half of my order was started. I was offered no apologies. No corrective actions. When I asked whether I would receive any compensation for my wasted time I yet still received nothing. I then had to wait in the store, well past the start of the game, for the second half of my order to be prepared. Very annoying and inconvenient.

Please do not get chicken Stromboli from here …Honestly the cooks can not make a good Chicken Stromboli plus the quality of chicken in it was horrible . It’s too much to be said about the quality and taste! I give it a 1-star ! However the cashier presented excellent customer service!I will give her a 10

My salads were delivered with rotten cucumbers and when I called I was told they don’t do refunds. I asked that the 4 salads be replaced. I was told they could not do that and would have the owner call me. The owner never called, the salads were never replaced, and I will never order from there again. If it were possible to give zero stars, that would be my rating
