Thought about checking this place out. But not now after reading the reviews.

I drove a few miles to try this jawn. Time and money well spent. This finna be my new spot, the service was good, the wait wasn’t long and everything I order was top tier.

Sevice is terrible and ordered food never received it, place needs to be shut down, don’t waste your money.

Food is great but the order takes 2 hours LITERALLY every single time! I wouldn’t recommended ordering when you’re hungry. I’d order it when you’re thinking about what you want to eat. “I usually get the general tso chicken, buffalo, and Caribbean jerk”

Bad for business! I placed an order through Door Dash, it took 2 HOURS for order to be complete. I had a scheduled delivery around 12 midnight and the restaurant closed at 1am, I didn’t receive my order until 2 am! During this time I was in contact with both the Dasher and DD. The Dasher was assigned twice due to wait. I finally receive order and the order was freezing cold. The pudding was underwhelming to say the least, as if they just gave me what they had left. I’d advise people to spend their money elsewhere. Because if time is of the essence, you should not take people’s money and not deliver good service just to receive Monterey gain. Just warning you guys!

On a mission to find the best cheesesteak egg roll. Had it here 4 times.

Sometimes a bit of a wait for pick up.
Not the most attractive place.

Other egg rolls are “alright”… for the price. General Tso’s egg roll is very sweet but good.

I was really excited to try this place however, delivery takes forever and a day. It's very disappointing.

The food has me hooked! I hate having to enter through the alley, there’s rats running around and the trash makes it hella funky. So I just get it delivered now ??‍♀️

Ordered Boneless wings and mozzarella sticks, after a 1 hour and 10 minute wait I asked about my order and it apparently still hadn't been started. I spoke with a counter person for food nest who was, of course, rude, and I asked for the order to be canceled. They said fine, and that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I ordered on 4/20/24 and it's now 5/2/24. Not to mention that they didn't process the order until 2 days later and STILL processed it anyway even though I had canceled. Will never order from this place or food nest again. Opened a dispute with by bank that could take 90 days. Do better.

Edit: Called a week ago to complain that I still haven't been given my refund 5/7/24 was told to text my info over and they'd process the refund ASAP. It's now 5/15/24 and still nothing.

As of 5/20 they're making up a false story that claims I got the food when I should have when I didn't receive anything. I was given the option to cancel by the front desk employee as per him my order hadn't been started. Made me late to work with nothing to to eat that day and took my money. I'll be stopping in one day soon to sort this out in person. I have text messages from Rock n Rolls that proves they are lying anyway. 1 from when the order was placed. 1 from the cancelation well over an hour later and about 30 minutes behind when it should've been finished. And 1 from when they completed the order about 20 minutes after cancelation.

The buffalo chicken don’t have no flavor the jerk roll is horrible that sauce no and chicken cheese steak taste like stuffing with celery in it

All good rating except for if you get more than one kind of egg roll they out them all in the same container which shouldn't be done. They all gave different flavors. I got salmon and general tso in the same container.

They have vegan options & they taste good. Just make sure to check your food to make sure your order is correct(just like you should every restaurant) because sometimes even after putting notes in order to make apple pie vegan by not adding the caramel, sometimes they put the caramel anyway & you have to let them know when you get your order, then they make you another one, but of course you'll have to wait for it.

If I can give this review 0 stars I would the first problem I had with this establishment was the front entrance it's not the entrance you have to go around this back little block with all the bobwires it was the worst Walking into the establishment there was no one there to greet you or to give you information on how to get your food has to figure it out myself Once I got my food and got home to try to enjoy myself I was highly disappointed when I opened it up and seen them all scattered around in the platter cheese sauce with dry parsley on my fries I didn't understand and then as I started trying each flavor I was still disappointed from the same jerk chicken that was nothing but spice and dry chicken the salmon roll tastes like freezer burn with absolutely no flavor at all just the sauce the Philly cheesesteak wasn't even steak but was ground beef all in all like I said if I can give this 0 stars I would # refund

After placing my order, the website stated that my order will be ready within the next 40 minutes. I’ve arrived at this location to pick up and check in; however, the kiosks stated that my food will be ready within 2-15 minutes and that I’ll receive a text message. After now waiting for now an hour, I called and was told that my food is ready but it’ll take 10 minutes to package it. I waited and went inside again. About 5 minutes later, I’ve finally received my food. Unfortunately, it was partially a let down. I ordered three lunch combos (all which came with fries). I wanted just one portion of the fries to have old bay seasoning, but all 3 had it. They were also old tasting and not warm at all. I generally like to support black owned businesses; however, this experience was awful.
