Just left there i ordered toast ...never got it had to tell three times what my order was i ordered orange juice..never got it 🤔 they really got to get it together smh......

Unsanitary no one changed there gloves not once. The cook was in the back on his phone then went and started cooking grabbing meat and all, again never changed his gloves. The women up front grabbed bread for breakfast sandwiches and didn’t even have gloves on after handling the phone and other things. I’m in utter disbelief that no one here understands the meaning of cross contamination. Kitchen is filthy

Arrived around 11 am no warm welcome. Ordered a sausage omelette with hash browns and fried onions with a begal wcream cheese and a drink...I was the only one in line and it toke far to long to even place an order. After I placed my order it toke well over 15 mins to receive. Within this 15 min I watched the staff fumble around lackadaisically, as well as notice they were more focused on a previous conversation.

I was then asked to SEASON my own food by the cooks which I declined. As a cook not seasoning food for customers is very alarming. I was then given to go containers with a to go bag.

Furious with my time spent wasted at Rockys I walk out with the order; come to find out I was not given any utensils or even a napkin and the DRINK I paid for...I returned to give back my order. No apology and no refund given;disappointed. Location has no heat as well.

New management at this place is slow and trash. I just saw the cookie grab a item off the platter and place it in another. They mixing up orders and getting a lot of things confused. The kid that works the front.he is all over the place. New management won't last long. This place is supposed to be a fast paced environment. I've been waiting for my food for over 20 min. And there's only 4 coustmers in here. Mind you I called and ordered ahead

Place was very clean, the staff was very professional.
The menu was well lit up, prices were a little on the high side.
There was not a long wait to get served. I asked the cashier what she would recommend and she stating the shrimp & grits. The presentation of the food was Great, however the grits were VERY watery and overly spiced(too hot) I also purchased a side of scrambled eggs (paid 4.00)they were over cooked and the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and tasted old

The eggs, homefries, beef bacon and scrapple platter was Tasty. They charge for everything individually cheese, onions and green peppers so it did make my platter price a little costly but nonethelessit was DELICIOUS, they get 5stars for the meal.

My steak egg and cheese is way too salty, I didn’t even get bacon and it’s taste like bacon. The grille must’ve not been clean.

Save your money!!!!! This place is way too overpriced for the amount of portions they give you!! You’re better off going to the papi store I’m telling you

Not clean, food don’t look or smell right, and service is mediocre. I wouldn’t trust their food at all. It has great potential, but maybe they need to reevaluate.

The food is trifling they don’t know how to cook the people is slow the give you what they want when you order specifically what you want and they just don’t listen my alley cat didn’t even want to eat it smh 🤦🏾‍♂️
