30 minute wait for an egg sandwich.

Good soup and sandwich place in the hospital. I used to come here every couple weeks but I won’t be back until they put the turkey apple sandwich back on the menu. I think it was one of the more popular items!

I always get the Tomato Basil Soup with a grilled cheese on Ciabatta bread and a caramel latte. Love the food, customer service served with warm greetings and beautiful smiles.
With fall season here, I’d love to try out more seasonal lattes, especially Pumpkin Spice!!! Can you make it happen? Bring in other delicious flavors?

The ladies here are the sweetest and make me want to come back. They definitely need a tip jar because of the wonderful service here I would love to tip them.

So much better than cafeteria food. I’m here for an appointment, not feelin the best, and this lunch picked me up. Thank you to the kind lady at the register. Tuna and fennel sandwich and artichokes, delicious!

The chicken salad was inedible. The chicken was grey, gristly, and slimey.

Was very unhappy. Asked if they could please cut my wrap and was told no. I was so mad about the way I was treated that I've not gone back. The food was good, tho.

Get lunch here (bowls and sandwiches) and it has always been delicious! Love the people that work there too :-) one time I waited longer than normal and they gave a free cookie for my time. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the hospital. Coffee is good too

Vegan falafel salad is pretty decent (though expensive). They have a sweet tahini dressing and pickled onions with it.

I love to come here for lunch with my coworkers. They have the best acai bowls (we actually do Bowl Friday's!) and some of the best iced lattes I've ever had. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good food and drinks, all at a reasonable price.

Wanted a breakfast wrap. Asked if it was possible to cut it in half, expecting a no problem answer. Surprised to be told they wouldn’t. Did not buy the wrap. Went to Starbucks instead and they were happy to cut their breakfast sandwich in half. Split it with my friend and we were happy. My experience was at the Upenn Hospital location. Not sure if there are others.

Coffee was good and most of the staff is friendly. Food was okay but not great. Got coffee/food here everyday for a week while my father was inpatient. I stopped by and asked for a cup of ice and was told I’d need to purchase something. That turned me off and I went to the other cafe for the rest of his stay at U Penn.

Dietary restrictions: Has vegan and gluten free options.

It is located on the second floor of the pavilion. You have to go in the main entrance and up the escalators to find it. Food was great and well priced. Lots of good vegetarian options.

Vegetarian options: Sandwiches and salads with tofu, mushrooms or chickpeas as the protein.

They changed the dressing for the tofu twist from the most delicious ginger dressing to this sweet thick teriyaki dressing. I’m so bummed because the old dressing was so much better and the reason why I always come for lunch. Please bring it back ?
