I would give a zero star if it was available. Horrible service and lack of professionalism. Took our reservation, made us wait for 40 minutes and then came back saying that they cannot accommodate us. When we asked what was the reason, the staff became extremely rude and gave a lame excuse.

It is a really nice bar to grab food and drinks. The apps nacho with guacamole is worth it. Pretty good size but the tacos are very small from what I was expecting. But I would go back there

this place was sooo good! just a random. Google search of 'food' and this place came up. we were just looking for some food on our way to the train station. this place was quick, very good, tastes fresh, service was awesome and so polite. just all around pleased. I wish I had pictures but the food didn't even make it to the train station... which is like down the street.. it was that good. ??Dietary restrictions: I told them about my allergy and they took it seriouslyParking: the only reason I said somewhat is because we got lucky and found parking right outside the front door.

This place is great with cheap tasty tacos during happy hour. Bartender Sean is the best!

The bartender the day I was there seem to have trouble keeping the correct order in which the drink orders came in. For instance, I told him I wanted another drink, and before he would make mine, he would go and make three or four other diners drinks, and then do a little bit more on mine then make three or four more diners drinks then finally finish mine up, rather than just take care of my drink right from the beginning. He was not a skilled bartender as table sugar in my experience does not go in an Old Fashioned as it just will never dissolve. The proper type large square ice cube was placed in the glass.was the only positive thing about it. I ordered a top shelf bourbon instead of their well bourbon which can be a hit or miss, depending on what they serve. I was charged $24 for two of the bourbons and then an additional $6 for an Old Fashioned (now whether or not that was $3 each or total I don’t know as it was only shown as one OF on the check. To the owner try just selling an OF at one fixed price with customer choosing the whiskey instead of the way you charged me. I probably won’t return again (I have been here 3 or 4 times) but if I do it will be beer only, as there are many other nicer bars in Philadelphia to order a properly made drink.Parking: Free street parking but good luck finding a spot.

Great service! I am honestly shocked the rating isn’t higher here! The food and drinks are amazing! The staff is so energetic and friendly here. I appreciate your kindness and ability to serve despite the economic disadvantages that make jobs that much more difficult to not only show that you care but to continue to remain hopeful.

Terrible service and employees for delivery and take out orders it’s like they don’t care at all they don’t even acknowledge your presence or help you. Restaurant won’t return, it’s been extremely poorly run for at least five years now.

we came across Rosys a few years ago, absolutely loved it, and come here from Jersey quite often, especially for happy hour. we came in today, and found out that they have a new chef. with that, there have been a lot of changes to the food that we were not fans of. It is $17 for a chicken quesadilla, and when it came out it was two very small chicken tacos. the quality of the food is still pretty on par, but that is ridiculous. we ordered several things that we’ve had before and everything was decent, but definitely not as it usually is. the atmosphere is great and service is usually pretty good.

We were very pleased with Rosy’s on a Friday night after a Sixers game, despite having a full house our server was very attentive and our food came out quickly. Also, we did not feel robbed with the quality of our drinks.

Rosy's Taco Bar is a thriving business on the corner of a dead and dying block. The business has taken over the corner, and co-opted the front sidewalk on Walnut St, with a giant green awning. This is a problem for everyone and anyone passing by...do they need this awning? Is it hailing and raining down pellets of snow? NO!They have commandeered the entire corner with outdoor seating, and then the front giant green awning is like, "hey, we can do whatever we want!" Typical.Delivery bikes park against it, reducing the space to pass by. The customers are all clueless and come out and add to the traffic on this corner. People stand at the edge of the awning waiting for ubers or whatever. There is just no room left for pedestrians with that stupid awning! To the business owner, I say, step outside and look at your business. You are causing problems for those of us who live at the Roosevelt Building. It isn't enough that you have nearly the entire basement, alley and side of the building, you have now commandeered the front as well. For that, I hope your business fails.
