Stopped in late on a Monday, staff was friendly and accommodating. Great tap selection!

Generic average bar with one of the best locations and people watching zones in Philly. The bartenders are on top of things too so it's got it's place.

The bartender was rather standoffish but fun once you got her to talk. The bigger problemo was half the menu was unavailable... also they kept putting sage in a crown royal bag and hanging it up rather than greeting people who walked in and sat at the bar.

I liked having a coupla drinks here before retiring to my hostel. I liked their sense of humor and the Halloween decorations are awesome.

Great little pub in old town. Was all decorated for Halloween when we were there. Service was great and fast. Can't ask for much else from a small pub

The bartender, I think her name is Julia, was incredibly rude. I was with a group of 8 guys, all in our late 30s, and she drove us all out. We made a crude joke, which was really pretty tame for the setting of a bar, and she yelled at everyone. We left including 4-5 others that weren't in our party. The food was good and the atmosphere was great. They just need a new bartender.

Edit: We didn't offend random people in the bar. It was a fairly benign joke (toasted celebrating our friend's one year anniversary of coming out of the closet. Zero profanity but obviously joking) She yelled at us and it became awkwardly quiet. Literally everyone there closed out and left

Place has definitely went down hill ever since that new bouncer has been there. He always has an attitude the manager there doesn’t seem to ever want to address someone’s concerns when needed. Food is trash, service is trash & the new bartenders don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Surprised they aren’t shut down by now

I was looking for a quick appetizer before strolling over to Independence Hall. It turned out to be an entire meal. There was a generous portion of Philly cheese & steak egg rolls. It was an interesting concept with tasty results. The house salad was a tad bit too much. House salads by their very nature are boring. Thus a whole lot of overpriced boredom from my not so humble prospective. I ordered plain tonic water with lime thus there was plenty of booze left for non-teetotaling folks at the bar on the other side of the room. All and all was positive ✨️

Walked in to the bar and grabbed a stool. I said hello to the bartender. She proceeds to toss a menu on the counter in front of us haphazardly and walk away with nary a smile nor a word.

We got up and left. Absolutely ridiculous.

Did not actually eat here. The wheelchair access was awful. Ended up going down the street to a place that was more accessible

Cognitive dissonance made this place awesome. Can I get this on a t-shirt?
