I had a bowl of potato soup here 18 years ago when I was visiting Philly as a child and I still think about it sometimes. My parents and I still talk about that meal sometimes. Need to make the pilgrimage back.
Visited on a Sunday after visiting a local museum. There was plenty of room to sit and no wait. 2 of us got draft beer that tasted a little off so we switched to cans. Most in our party had cheese steaks or burgers and liked their meals. Fries were very good. Only complaint were the pineapple Sriracha wings. Had little to no sauce. They come naked style so maybe sauce on side should be served as well. Otherwise nice little spot to visit.
Music is always perfect for reading, having a conversation, or just watching people pass by on Chestnut Street. Daytime bartender (I'm terrible with names) very fun and cool. Convenient location for humans, at the 2nd/Chestnut bus stop. Don't know about parking. Don't care. :)
