Very bad service, the lines were blocked, the food area was horrible, the service was poorly spoken and with the entire combo included, I do not recommend it at all.

Terrible experience and the staff was awfully rude. We got there at 10 for bowling, and even if the lanes were supposed to close at 1 am we have been told they were closed already. When we saw tons of people playing, we went back to ask for info and they guy completely ignored us. After keep asking for explanations, since other 3 girls were allowed to play after us, the guy at the desk called the security and got us kicked out. Never gonna come back again.

My experience at the arcade was abysmal, to say the least. We were eager to play air hockey, but our excitement was quickly extinguished when the machine jammed after just one goal. Hoping for a resolution, we approached the cashier, who assured us that the manager would address the issue and refund our credits. However, his promises were empty, as he made no effort to contact the manager despite our 15-minute wait. When we pressed him for action, he responded with verbal abuse before disdainfully walking away.Feeling insulted and disrespected, we waited for the manager's arrival, only to be met with further disappointment. Not only did she fail to address our concerns, but she also showed no interest in acknowledging our frustration. This level of disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable.Despite being loyal patrons of this establishment, we were appalled by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the staff. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction in what should be an enjoyable recreational environment. Our experience at this arcade was not only disappointing but also deeply unpleasant.

Bowling was horrendous here. I do not recommend. They didn’t even try and fix the issue after we complained when the lane broke down three times. I will not be coming back here again.

Arrived at 11:30. Bar and food were closed even though advertised until 1am. Bowling was continuously broken, our balls kept getting jammed pausing our game and the bumper was only going halfway up. No refund was provided even though we didn’t finish our 90 minutes and spent most of it with technical issues. Couldn’t even get so much as a water, being as the vending machines didn’t even work…. Will never be returning.

Went to round 1 to celebrate a birthday. As my group approached the entrance door the one security officer was pointing toward the exit and everyone in my group heard him say “that way”. So we followed his direction and walked toward the exit of the arcade. The security officer then yells at us and tell us we’re banned from the arcade. We tried to explain ourselves however he would not listen. He was extremely rude, and wouldn’t even let us talk. There were no security officers at the exit, two at the door and one was just walking around the area aimlessly. As we left the mall, the security officer then proceeded to just do pushups outside of the entrance. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ve been to other round 1 arcades and have had a great time, but the security at this one made the trip worthless. I do not recommend going to this arcade, total waste of time.

We paid for 90 mins and were sitting there stuck waiting for maintenance to fix our lane for about 30 min of it. Could not get a beer the entire time on a Sunday afternoon.

Very disappointed with my experience tonight. We showed up at 6:15pm asking for a bowling lane. The person at the desk said it was a 30-45 minute wait. Then said for a $20 tip he could move us to the front of the line. That seemed weird so I said no to the cash tip and asked to be put on the list and wait. We received a text message saying we’d receive another text when a lane became available. 2.5 hours later and no text. Seems like a very shady business practice.

Workers don’t know what they are doing. Bowling lanes break and need to be fixed every two throws. Waited for a long time. They booked people in our lanes while we were playing. And when we first started they booked us in others people’s lane while they were playing
