Went for breakfast on a Saturday am, and was very pleased with my food; portion and taste! I'm glad to see a black owned restaurant in this neighborhood. My only problem is the time that you close. I wish you would stay open at least to 8 for late lunch and dinner!
This restaurant is a hidden gem. It hasn't been open long so it is not busy. They have this amazing seafood grits. It has shrimp, crab meat and salmon. The owner Hannah is friendly. I had an elderly friend who went with me. She spent a lot of time speaking with her. The waitress Harriet was very friendly and helpful. There is soft music playing in the background and the ambiance is nice. Try out this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed
I attended the Grand Re-Opening and I must say, I enjoyed my Breakfast very much. I had the Peach Cobbler pancakes with a side order of scrambled eggs and a glass of orange juice.My friend had Salmon and Grits. The Salmon was fried to perfection! Absolutely Delicious! A side order of home fried potatoes with coffee.Definitely a place I'll return to and recommend.
