Tried to order for delivery but the restaurant cancelled my order because they “don’t deliver to my job during these hours” they said there’s never any parking but I get food delivered here almost everyday with no problem so it just seemed lazy and inconsiderate

This little pizza place is adorable in that, the owners have an Old School sweetness & hominess that reminds me of the NJ "pizza places" where I grew up. They are so so warm and kind, which is very hard to find in Philly restaurants! When I arrived, my pie was not quite ready, so I waited outside. 5 minute later, the kind gentleman brought it out to me without even being asked. That really made my day!
I ordered a 10" veggie pie with mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, onion and fresh sliced tomatoes. The crust was delightful, fluffy & dense. The veggies were fresh and thoughtfully placed on the pie giving it great visual appeal. When I bit into it, each bite gave me just the right amount of juiciness. I also liked that the pie wasn't overly salty. The cheese was my least favorite part, but overall, I really enjoyed my respite from cooking and am grateful for Royal being in our neighborhood!
