Out of this world Japanese and sushi experience. Every dish was thoughtful and exceptionally well crafted, with each ingredient magnifying the flavors of the other. The staff are engaging and hospitable, and clearly proud to be serving such high quality plates.
This place has it all - fantastic food and fantastic people. Not only did the sushi taste like it was made of the freshest of fish, but the woman at the front was an absolute sweetheart! 10/10 would recommend.

That said, we will definitely be coming back and doing the omikase if we're able to get on the list. The quality of everything was truly incredible and it was a delight to the senses.
