I've only ordered takeout thai, but the thai food has been consistently disappointing. Ate with a group of friends and nobody enjoyed the taste of their meal :( I loved the idea of this restaurant and was hopeful it would be great.

I am so happy this place opened on 2nd street!! Everything my man and I ordered had such tasty and unique flavor. We ordered the drunken noodles (which I was so excited about and met my expectations), tofu fried rice, crab rangoon, and a few sushi rolls. My man usually says his food is fine, however, he said this place is BANGIN which amazed me. Atmosphere is gorgeous. Service is so sweet and kind although I do think our waitress could have been a bit more attentive to details like water refills, empty plates, etc…I didn’t even mind though because she was so sweet and amazing in every other way. I can’t wait to try more items on the menu and am glad nolibs finally has great sushi!!!!

A solid Thai place to fulfill any cravings! We love the pad Thai, drunken noodles and green/emerald curry. Food is made fast and fresh.

First time ordering from here. I got the pad thai bento and the 2 roll sushi lunch special. Pad Thai Bento Box It comes with noodles, a spring roll, tum yum soup and suppose to be a California roll (I said supposed to b/c a typical roll comes with 6-8pcs, it only had 4). At first bite of the noodles it was okay, but then I noticed it really lacked flavor and became sorta plain. The spring roll was definitely something pre-bought and the California roll was okay. The tum yum soup was alright (I prefer a creamy tum yum). 2 Roll Special I got a Philly and a Crunchy roll. The Crunchy roll was literally fried puffed rice or tempura with a bit of seasoning and rolled up in rice. I don't know why I expected it to have other things, but that threw me off. It also was a bit soggy and I didn't like it. Overall, the sushi isn't great and you can tell because none of them were consistent in size or shape and the ratio of rice to everything wasn't consistent either. I don't hate this place, but I wouldn't order from here again.

Said open on Uber Eats, went all the way there, closed. Terrible waste of my time.

We went there for dinner a few weeks back and I still crave the Pad See Ewe! Definitely recommend this welcome addition to the neighborhood and can't wait to go back.

Refreshing new spot in town. All the food was fresh and the menu is diverse and unique. The pad Thai was great, the fried crab rice was excellent too. They give you great portions and everything you need. Even the presentation for take out was impressive. The sushi rivals anywhere in town, in fact it’s the best I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back, glad we tried them out. If you haven’t yet, do so the next time you’re craving some Asian cuisine.

The food is exceptional, reminds me of being on vacation in Thailand. So much better than the other Thai options in northern liberties it’s absurd the other places are still in business. Also I believe the only lunch specials on weekends in NoLibs! Amazing and consistent!

Loved this place! The food was awesome, decently priced and great portions. The decor and ambience inside was so nice also. We got there at 2:45 (not knowing they closed at 3:00), and the owner was so kind to let us stay. We really appreciated it and enjoyed our lunch, and will definitely be back!

Food was average. Tom yum soup was too sweet, red curry had too many bamboo shoots but curry was good. Good service.

Thai is my favorite cuisine. I've tried over a dozen Thai restaurants in FL and PA over the years and Royal Thai & Sushi is one of the best. Their curries are so creamy and flavorful. The mango fried rice was delicious and so were the drunken noodles. I've dined at Royal Thai three times and done take out twice since moving to the neighborhood in early January. Service has always been 10/10 and they always offer to open your beverage if you BYOB. I wonder if the poor reviews are just people who work at other Thai restaurants in the area or those protecting their favorite local spot? I don't understand why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. This is a gem and a staple if you visit the NoLibs neighborhood! Also free extra rice and $12 lunch specials!
