I go maybe 2x every other month and food is always good. Service is great! Only thing the restroom needs better attention.

Been going here and their other location in New Jersey off and on for several years and I'll tell you the foods quality has never changed. Always good, hot and flavorful.

The food was good fresh as I watched them replace several items frequently! The servers are a little awkward staring at you The whole time but it's great when you need a refill not so much any other time!

They over charged me when they shouldn't have. I've already paid for the food, this is a scam. Never come here.

It's a pretty good buffet. Staff are quick with drinks. Miss the ice cream machine they used to have.

While Ruby Buffet has an Asian food influence, it's hard to designate it a solely Chinese buffet. Wide variety of seafood that is New Orleans influenced, broad shellfish options, but also Italian influenced pasta dishes and American standards.

I find generally the food is fresh and routinely replaced. The NY style steak is overcooked, precut, and individually not great.

The staff was very attentive and ensured my beverage was constantly refilled.

I don't care for the atmosphere, the ambient temperature of the room was uncomfortably hot, the layout odd and difficult to navigate. Feels a little run down, could use a refresh.

The servers were nice enough. The place needs an update and the food choices as well. It is not a place for dessert. Still, the place did its job. I gave it 4 stars because I double weigh service in my points system.

First time here and our last! Food is not great and the way the waiters rush you out AND HOVER FOR S TIP IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! I still left a $1 tip but even that was too much ! Literally three of them hovering blocking us from getting up !!! Just horrible!

the desserts were not very good. dry and spongy cake. some of the fish dishes were overcooked. there were a few other good selections, though. the food overall was not too bad. waitress lied and told us it was her birthday, then instead of waiting for us to leave first, stood awkwardly at our table, waiting for a tip. my boyfriend gave her $5 after a couple minutes of confusion and she finally went away. waitresses overall were unpleasant. definitely not returning.
