The food was alright and went out fast but the service was horrible. Cashier was very rude towards me and other customers. My friend ordered chicken tenders and asked nicely "would it be possible if I could also get a fountain drink" and he responded "You cant even get a bottled water." This was super disrespectful. Hire better workers. The rude and inconsiderate worker was the one that was balding that also wears glasses.

We had the 5 Wingdings with BBQ and Buffalo sauce as well as fries. The food was amazing, the staff very friendly and accommodating. It is a shame that the Bourse has been so scuppered by COVID, it has a lot of potential. We wish Rustica Rosticceria the very best!

I happen to enjoy fancy food courts because rest stop food courts make me nauseous and I’m not a big fan of fast food!! I went to a fancy food court in Fidi called the Tin Building and made a good joke in my review!! If you want to read it I am sort of selling my own reviews for your enjoyment!! I was walking around yesterday looking for a Wawa and my eyes came across this place and I made a very good decision to try it!! I went to the first stand in front of the door which served burgers and sandwiches and things!! I got a beautiful burger with bacon and cheese and it came out fast!! They had machines to order from which I always enjoy because I enjoy being anti social and not ordering with cashiers!! There was a lot of different food for all the culinary palates so all of ya people should come!!

The food was ok, decent at best. The cooks were great though. The owner wouldn't give my dad (in a wheel chair w/ ALS) a cup for water even after buying a sandwich. Super stingy.

We stopped here for lunch after a Hop on/Hop off tour. I expected to find the place loaded with restaurants and shops, but what we found was just a handful of fast food options (& not all of them open on a Saturday at lunch time). We ate at Rustica Rosticceria; we each had an Italian hoagie ($12.95) and a bottle of water ($2.50). With tax, the bill came to $33.37 which seems a little high to me for lunch, but probably not so much these days (sadly). I will say the hoagies were loaded and I don't know why, but the deli meats & cheeses here (Philadelphia) just taste better. I had forgotten just how MUCH better they taste. We enjoyed them very much. The hall itself had a team going around cleaning tables and sweeping the floor, but the number of businesses inside and even fewer that were open was disappointing, especially after everything that I had read about the place leading me to believe it would be so much more. I'd give Rustica a 5 and the Hall itself a 2, but since Rustica was so good, I averaged up.

Is this place on its way up? Or on the way down? It's difficult to tell. About half the stalls were open when we were there at lunch time. Even though there were signs of previous activity in empty stalls I couldn't tell if they were in the process of opening up or closing down and moving away. Breakfast time is even worse- just one coffee shop open at the front. Very cool concept- hopefully this place is on it's way up and is filling with vendors and not the other way around!

Sad, not much to see. Seems there were better times. Building is cool, but today, Saturday., only about 5 stalls opened. Hope this place will get filled in the future and make a comeback.
