Ruth's Chris Steak House

Wonderful dining experience. The friendly and knowledgeable service provided by our server Josh was exceptional. Outtakes were cooked to perfection. We love the filet and the rib eye! The Brussels sprouts and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing as well as our appetizers, the osso bucco ravioli and the ahi tuna. The wine list is first rate and the atmosphere also helped to make this meal a great birthday dinner for my husband. Oh great creme brûlée too! Thanks for a terrific meal!

Das Essen war hervorragend. Der Service war eine Katastrophe. Der bestellte Aperitif wurde ganz vergessen. Die Flasche Wein wurde nicht nach geschenkt. Zu der Vorspeise kam die falsche Sauce. Nach der Vorspeise wurde der Tisch nicht abgeräumt. Stattdessen kam sofort der Hauptgang. Die Vorspeisenteller wurden weggenommen und das Hauptgericht hingestellt. Der ganze Service von mehreren Mitarbeitern machte einen nicht koordinierten Eindruck. Der Oberkellner, der eigentlich die falsche Salatsauce austauschen wollte, verschwand einfach, ohne sich um unsere Belange zu kümmern. Den halben Hauptgang hatte ich ein Steak mit Salat, aber ohne Dressing für ein Abendessen zu zweit mit einem Preis von über 300 $ ist der Service einfach nur schlecht.

We absolutely love the filet here. Always consistently perfect. The potatoes au gratin and the bbq shrimp amazing. RC is very underrated. We miss the old ambiance of the high ceilings, moldings and the darker colors. Norman is a fantastic server. So sweet and really knows his wines.

Ordered my streak rare, came out well done. This is a steakhouse. You need to be able to cook a steak. Service was very good from the wait staff but the restaurant needs an actual chef in the kitchen.

They really helped us celebrate our anniversary special. We got a card, a heart shaped confetti on the table and a happy anniversary dessert! It was very nice and the food was delicious. Perfect evening.

The overall experience was great. I really enjoy all of my food and the service I received was too tier.

Great service and fantastic food. My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays (yes, we have the same birthday) the staff brought us out a card, some decorations for the table and a special free dessert for each of us.

Had an amazing dining experience at Ruth's Chris! Our server, James, was fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He provided excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The service was fast and efficient, and his great attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! Definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend!

Always a good steak. Whipped sweet potatoes were amazing I'll try those again. Sat and ate at bar and whole crew there were great. Made for a lively and enjoyable meal.

I was by the bar so the decor was above average. The managers and servers were accommodating. Food was good but portion for the price was a little disappointing. Only non-alcoholic option was 1 brand of beer. I've been to local places that have nonalcoholic cocktails, wines and several beer options. When I mentioned it to my server their snarky retort was reflected back in their tip. I know the waitstaff has no say in what is served... I was curious if the company took suggestions or if there was a change that caused the lack of options (like covid or bad sales).

This my first time here in a long time and I decided to come for my BIRTHDAY .Firstly, my Brussels sprouts were so hard like way under cooked.Also, I got the chicken breast and their wasn’t any filling really left what’s so ever .Also,I watched other waiters put other peoples food in containers after dinning.But I told by my waiter gave me the containers and once your done boxing.I will come and get the plates n etc.So I’m like wait your not going to box my box? He proceeds to tell me they no longer do that.So I said okay that’s fine and he says I’ll do it because I’m here like what??No thank you shouldn’t have took me to say anything.Then for me to ask the manager like okay so y’all don’t box peoples food anymore he goes i told them to do if they can.Mind you their wasn’t even any real diners at this point.Highly disappointed in the service and my BIRTHDAY dinner was really by far just very not worth it what’s so ever.

Amazing as always did feel a bit rushed appetizers and main course came out within minutes of each other. Cream spinach was really soupy

Ellen is the most amazing young lady. I think others need to learn from her. She’s made me feel special. She’s hilarious. Love this young lady. Keep it up 👏🏽👏🏽💖💖
