Worst steak I ever had. It was porterhouse. It looked like a steak from ShopRite. Also I ordered an espresso martini worst I ever had. Years ago they would get a fresh espresso from kitchen. This was terrible. I do not recommend this dump
This is one of my favorite places to go! The service is always on point! Food is delicious! Highly recommend!
This place is not the same food is not the same this place needs work $500.00 for some nasty food I was very upset
I loveeeeee Colin !!!! He was the best !!!! He made sure the food and drinks were just right. He made us laugh and made us definitely want to come back. Thank you so much.
Dined last night with Shaun , he was a delight . He had a large party near by but was still very attentive to our table .Shaun is very professional with personable energy .
I'm a steak lover and my filet was cooked med rare, it was perfect . I'll be returning soon . đ
What a disappointing dinner at the Ruth's Chris restaurant located in the Sonesta hotel. Despite being highly recommended by our waiter, the crab cakes were terrible (bland, very little crab meat, very mushy). Very expensive meal overall Bill was over $350 for 5 people and we did not have any steaks (which were priced over $50-80) ; shrimp was overly spiced,. The most frustrating part of the meal was the service. Waiter started clearing the table when one person was still eating. I attempted to stop him but our guest was so embarrassed she told him to go ahead and take her plates. There should not have been any reason to rush us out, we had not been there even 60 min and were one of only a handful of tables filled. ( No one waiting to be seated)
Won't be back EVER!
We loved our server Marcus!
Although it was Mother's day and our first time here at the restaurant, we had to wait for almost a hour before we got water, they ran out of food and every time I tried to order something different off the menu I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes to get notice of the food not being available, Our server Marcus was very well spoken and nice guy but the wait time was over the wait limit in a restaurant which I believe he understood that and allowed no charge of the salad and that did make it to the table but waiting for 2 hours to get food and not have anything ordered on the menu was a bit too much so we ended up leaving.
Here in Philly visiting for my cousinâs graduation and we stopped in for dinner. Colin was great! If youâre making dinner plans, ask if Colin is working.
I visited on April 15 and just getting around to making this review, but wanted to because it was an odd experience with a fairly rude (male) bartender.
There were two bartenders this night, male and a female. Female was totally great. Male was not. A few things I remember:
1. Thereâs a dirty martini with blue cheese olives listed on the menu. The male bartender served me the drink without the blue cheese olives, presumably because they take labor to stuff and he didnât want to spend the labor on me. Really bad look when itâs listed on the menu, though. I asked for and received the correct olives.
2. My fork was taken after my app. At nice places like this, they reset after each course. Or at least make sure youâre ready for the next one. Not this time. My entree came out and I sat for about 2 minutes until I finally got up to go find a forkâbartender got it, no apologies.
3. Me: âIâll do the checkâ Him: âWhat do you need?â Me: âThe checkâ
The âwhat do you needâ was said in a way like, âYouâre such a bother, what do you want nowâ. Not appropriate. Beyond the examples I mentioned, every interaction was just unpleasant. Felt like I was bothering or annoying him every time.
Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but as someone who goes to fine dining establishments all over the country, this was a pretty bad experience and I wonât be back.

I am so sad.. I was excited to share this usually exceptional expereince with my coworkers (here at a conference) . 4 out of 5 steaks way over done. So disappointing. Colin did his best at making it right for us and making a birthday card for one of our folks. Still disappointed. He was great!
The hostess Damian was very, it's welcome . Our waiter, jim was very entertaining, and he made sure that we was satisfying. The food with excellent i really enjoyed EVERYTHING when you come ask for Jim, is excellent waiter.
Wonderful dining experience. The friendly and knowledgeable service provided by our server Josh was exceptional. Outtakes were cooked to perfection. We love the filet and the rib eye! The Brussels sprouts and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing as well as our appetizers, the osso bucco ravioli and the ahi tuna. The wine list is first rate and the atmosphere also helped to make this meal a great birthday dinner for my husband. Oh great creme brûlée too! Thanks for a terrific meal!
Great service. We had the pleasure of having Jim take care of our table last night, and I must say he did an Exceptional job.
He was on top of our orders like clock work, and he helped us surprise the birthday boy with a cake đ
The food is soooooo good, and worth the price you pay.
We'll be returning again soon.
Thanks Jim â ïž
