Shutout to this place for real. I didn't even order from here, but I had an unexpected nosebleed taking my sister home from school. Around 3:00pm (more like 4:00pm-ish) I walked in out of sheer panic and as soon as I walked in they were so ready to help. They immediately jumped into action, especially one woman in particular. I don't even know her name, pronouns or anything, but she was the sweetest and the kindest person I've ever met. If I could, I would give her the world. She reassured me, walked me through everything, gave me tissues, offered the bathroom to clean myself up and checked up on me multiple times throughout the whole ordeal. I know nothing of this place, but one this I do know is that the staff here are amazing I will absolutely be going here again to order. I thank them and thank her in particular so much. Please make this place a go to. Check out their stuff and boost this place. I wish the best for this place and to that woman with the purple star sticker on her face even more so. Thank you so much. ✨✨✨

This place is great, but every time I order the Napa, and ask for it cold, they grill it every time. Which is weird because they throw a question mark after grilled. Why isn’t cold the default? :/ please stop making my Sammie hot. Place still rules pull up.

I've been eating at Rybrew for the past several years - it is by far my favorite sandwich and bottle shop in Philly. A variety of vegetarian options, gluten free bread, and fresh soup every day which has never let me down. Their salads are a meal - even a traditional hoagie eater like me didn't mind eating my greens here! They have an excellent selection of beers/ciders for any palette, with rotating specials/deals/favorites to help guide you.Their baked goods are great, too. That carrot cake cupcake is well worth the calories.

Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiches, salads, soups and a veggie alternative buffalo chicken sandwich which is great. All sandwiches can be made veggie.

Dietary restrictions: Always handled our gluten allergy well - will isolate your sandwich on the panini press.

Thursday, February 8 around 6:30PM: Extremely upset with the abhorrent lack of customer service. After calling in for takeout, I got home, settled in, and found out I was given the wrong sandwich. Upon calling, I explained to the woman who helped me what happened. She put me on hold to confirm with the manager how they could accommodate this inconvenience, and a few moments later she then told me that they could offer me a free sandwich the next time I came in. I responded saying that would be great thank you to which she replied, “Hello? Hello?” — and then hung up. I immediately call back and the manager picks up and says they cannot offer me a free sandwich and instead can offer me a baked good? I find this extremely unprofessional and frankly rude as I was just promised something else. After politely extending a pushback on the manager’s response, she stands firm in not accommodating what was already offered. If someone makes a promise that is outside of a business’s policy for mistakes made by employees, that should not be my fault. Do not take back a promise that you just made. Train your employees to know better for the next time. I do not appreciate this as I have been coming here to get quick meals over the past few months. I hope the owner sees this and not only reprimands the manager for their lack of customer service, but educates their staff members on how this behavior is not okay and damaging to their business. Will not be returning.

I had an extremely mediocre roast beef sandwich here. It was edible, but nothing more. The bread was stale and I’m not sure if the horseradish mayo was actually mayo or not. It tasted fine, but it did not taste like mayo. Also, I asked that multigrain bread be substituted for sourdough, and I was told that was fine, but I wound up with sourdough anyway.
