I went there because of the positive reviews. But my experience was not positive at all. I order jollof rice with lamb. No plantains and was still charge $20. They switch the price every time I go in there and the lamb was hard full of bones. Is a big No for me.

Their food is amazing, one of the best in Philly, customer service is horrible it needs an improvement. It’s very clean in there but always way too loud and it’s like a hangout spot for less busy men . I usually just order my meal to go , I’ll really recommend their food for take out , great meal.

Worst experience ever … 2 platters came up to 40$ which is insane to me , also if you pay cash you don’t get a receipt, never heard that in my life .. and if you order lamb they put some type of nasty mustard sauce on top which confuses you once you take a look at your food , food wasn’t half bad tho but the customer service is awful so is how they run the business !
I went today to have a dinner in sahara. I ordered a couscous with chicken. I was disappointed because the portion of chicken served was less than expected. I am not sure if this was done in purpose but next time, I will complain to the boos if this happens again.
