The staff here rules. The DJ ruled (shout out HBK!). The environment is lively, mysterious, and full of good cheap drinks. Anywhere you look, you’ll find an interesting piece of art work while you shake your rump. Just go and have a great time!

One of my favorite dives in Philly.
Very cool interior, good prices (and very good specials when they have them), always great bartenders.
Had dollar wings special and two dollar beers during the Eagles game. Wings were surprisingly terrific, especially for a dive.
Great people watching too on a busy intersection when the door is propped open.

Hey a friend of mine was preforming his stand up routine last night. I was excited to see him preform. The se curity carded me, I am 54 years old! Unfortunately my wallet was stolen and my ID was in it. I wasn't allowed in the club. That's cool, but really?

I understand needing to make money but the bouncer is objectively charging men and letting women go in free. I wish it was easier than then saying $40 for 4 but then settling at 20. How about just be about the vibe? Cool if you’re cool

Bouncer stole the knife they confiscated when I walked in and the other bouncers seem to indicate this was common practice/I should not be surprised it happened? Strange experience, beer was fine.
