Saladworks is outrageously overpriced — they don’t tell you the toppings cost a small fortune ($2 each for a tiny portion) until it’s too late. I ended up paying a ridiculous amount (almost $20) for one of their mediocre signature salads with 2 normal toppings that wasn’t even mixed properly. The food was mid, the value nonexistent. This place feels like a scam — go literally anywhere else in the food court. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This is how a franchise should be. The staff is animated and friendly and helpful. My salad was delicious. At the first bite my whole body was relaxed and it was a yes. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was exceptional. I highly recommend this Saladworks location.

I was in Philly for a couple days and needed to buy a salad for lunch and I stumbled on this place. Staff was friendly and service was quick at the time I went. They have different types of salad but I only tried their avocado salad which was really good both times. I walked there so I don't know how parking is in the area.

Owner was extremely accommodating when my salad was made wrong. She personally made and redelivered my order and was very apologetic for the mix up. She is an example of excellent customer service and exemplary business ownership accountability. I will be ordering more form this location!

Unless you work in this building, theres absolutely no reason to come here with Cava, HoneyGrow, Sweetgreen, and Just Salad within a block radius.
The place itself is nice. It is well lit and reasonably clean. The portions are underwhelming to say the least. For the money, you’re better off going to the supermarket and sourcing the ingredients yourself. On the bright side, you will never get fat eating at saladworks.
Vegetarian options: There are greens and other veggies all over this menu. A vegetarian would be satisfied unless she were hungry. The portion sizes are comically small.

The food quality has gone down over the last few weeks. I'm not sure what's going on, but today, I ordered an avacado BLT and a small soup. The avacado BLT was simply the worst. The bacon bits they put on were extremely overcooked, and I had to pick them all out and throw them away. Definitely would've destroyed my teeth for sure. A few days ago, the bbq chicken wrap was the same as the chicken, overcooked.
