The food was awful. We ordered the Asian chicken grain bowl and the turkey bacon one and both were so bad. The meat had lots of gristle and the dressing was crazy sweet. I really hated this.

If I could give this store 0 Stars I would. I ordered from doordash and added broccoli to my salad. When I open the container in took me less than 30 seconds to realize the broccoli was going bad!!! The smell was awful, and you could clearly see the broccoli turning brown, it was even sticky when I touched those parts. I understand sometimes you reuse stuff, but this was clearly past the point and they put it my salad anyway. Won't order from this store again.

I'm a s***** for a good salad- especially one where I can let my mad scientist tendencies run amok with choosing my own ingredients. Salad Works fits the bill. It's fast, generally pretty good and the service is efficient, which is what I am looking for mid workday. My only gripe, and it's a big one, is the huge plastic packaging and plastic utensils that they use. They could easily switch to a paper based container like all of their competitors and compostable "plastic" utensils. It's a small change, but given the volume of people they serve each day, it would make a huge difference.

I like the salads a lot. Please change plastic utensil vendor -- have broken several forks leaving plastic shards in salad. someone is going to eventually choke -- lawsuit waiting to happen

I'm surprised to see a low rating here. They all look old to me. My personal experience has been fine. I order online, I always get what I order and I never wait. Maybe with Covid, waiting in line is more time consuming but I've been happy with my to-go orders. I love how they give you a small baggie with utensils, napkins, silverware and butter! Thank you!
