Used to be our go to place in the neighborhood til today. Lately the foods has been cold or warm at best. Today they screwed up our order again (pizza) yet tried to say we ordered wrong! Phone staff is extremely rude. The only thing they have going for them right now is the delivery ppl

The first contact you have with an establishment sets the tone. Rosa answered when I called to place my order for pickup. Her patience & knowledge of the menu was refreshing. She made me feel they valued their customers. I came on 2/27/25 around 4 pm and the food was ready for pickup at the stated time. The attached pics speak volumes on their own. You could taste the food was made with fresh ingredients. I got the Primavera pizza which was excellent. Rosa suggested I try the white sauce pizza; sooooo glad I did, yum! Cheese fries were abundant with/ plenty of cheese whiz. The cheese steak was made with 'very good' steak meat. Everything was packaged neatly for me to carry out.
This area is lucky to have Salerno's still in the neighborhood. They should be supported for being a 'top-notch' Pizzeria Restaurant; realizing they could have relocated anywhere as others have....BUT they choose to stay! THANK YOU SALERNO'S!! :)

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, the pizza had looked like it was thrown in the box wasn’t cut and could they spare the pepperoni it only had 5 pieces not on all the slices. Salerno’s used to be good but not anymore. They also need to cook the French Fries longer..

They have tables inside, but you can't sit down and eat there. You can only pick up from a service window.

Good wings with a taste of SCAM.
Their 10 hot wings come with 1 side of blue cheese and 1 side of hot sauce. I ordered 20 wings so you'd think I'd get 2 of each, right? WRONG!
Then I tried to order 10 wings twice, but on my second order they refused to provide any sauce. That is literally SCAM since they state in their menu that EACH 10 wings order comes with sauce.
Maybe decent food and decent people are never found together. Soooo disappointing.

This place used to be great, but lately, it became the normal grease spoon of the neighborhood, In my opinion ? I think if they find a better cook one who loves the art of cooking and cares about what they serve and send out for delivery and take ownership of minor mishaps it is then that I think they will be the Salerno's that I feel in love with 8 years ago.
