I ordered frozen yeast rolls (item # 860697) to be picked up at your store as they were not available at any of my local stores. I drove over 2 hours for the pick up. After getting there and doing my other shopping, I received the dreaded text that they were not available! I went to the member service counter and was told that they were showing zero in stock and zero in transit to their store. However, online, they are still showing as available (even 24 hours later!!) Update your inventory online!! It is extremely frustrating!

been going here over 20 years, used to be a great place, not so much anymore went to get some water today & when I went to check out.. the lines were ridiculous as usual so I went to the self checkout but the girl working self checkout told me I couldn't bring a flatbed cart through self checkout when there were atleast 3 self checkout registers open. so I said ok & went down a few cause I didn't feel like waiting in a long line so I get more than halfway through scanning my
Stock that you buy with cardboard and get once paid is available for purchase when not in stock. There is other ways to ensure cards are kept. wast of time to then need to obtain a refund.

They have the world's greatest rotisserie chicken. Do not leave without grabbing a few chickens for $4.98 each.

The only reason i come to this store is for the rotisserie chicken. Its amazing and I wind up buying two everytime I go to Sam`s Club.
Wish they offered a hand dipped ice cream bar in the cafe like Costco...
Seriously, this store has the best people working in it. For as long as I've been a club member, I've never had any friction with any of the employees. They're all super friendly and very helpful.
