I love this place, unique items you don't see anywhere else. Great prices too. And you can't leave without lunch at the cafe.

Apparently this particular Sam's Club location does not care about people with disabilities. My brother who suffers from a seizure disorder got turned away for having his therapy animal with him. He was pretty much told his disability didn't count and neither did her certification as a therapy animal. I promptly turned and said we wouldn't shop there then. The Sam's club at Willow Grove never denies us entry and we shop there with no issue. I guess not all Sam's club locations are disgraceful and inconsiderate but this particular location IS and we will not be returning. If you also hate disabled people, enjoy shopping there.

Pretty nice selection of items. Things are always in stock at this location. Recent trip came in for solution for my contacts which is in bunk here and lasts a while. Also picked up some more cases of water- they have Deer Park for a great price. They also have really tasty rotisserie chickens and it's a dollar cheaper then the BJ's where I usually get the chicken from.

I did a quick stop with my friend to grab ice cream for our daughter. They are yummy and can't beat the price for the amount we got. And the Coke icee caught my eyes. I can't resist from not grabbing one to try.

This review is mostly for the Sams Club Pharmacy. Amber went above and beyond helping me get a prescription I needed. I had one refill remaining that I had originally filled in NY. NY doesn't allow electronic transfer but Amber and the pharmacist called the Sam's Club Pharmacy in NY for verbal agreement of transfer. I really needed the prescription so I appreciated it so much. The rest of the club was as expected. Had everything I needed, affordable prices, and a great sweet treat (berry sundae - yum!).

It's very Inconvenient that you can only shop certain hours so if you're trying to pick up an item before work you're out of luck and said 10 o'clock even though they open at 8 o'clock we have 5 different memberships will be canceling and going to BJS

Disclosure: My review has nothing to do with Sam's Club products or employees. It refers to the lying, scamming, POSER AT&T "sales reps" that harass you the second you're within their slimy, conniving, reach. PLEASE proceed with nothing less than a blow horn and a flame thrower when passing them. Specifically, Lavina. She will say ANYTHING to make her sale. She flat out lied during our sign up process, and when we contacted her by the number she provided to us, once we explained our issue, she stopped responding. She is a lie, and a cheat. My family and I have never been robbed by anyone the way she has. A fellow "rep" told me today Lavina has the highest sales of their team. Again, that is because she LIES. TO. PEOPLE. WITH. EVERY. BREATH. That same rep also explained that they do NOT in fact work for At&T, and there is NOTHING they can do about billing. So all of the promises they make during sign up LITERALLY do nothing but earn their commission. I won't bore you with all of the minuscule details of the lying that went on or a break down of my bill, but what I will give you is this example: "After all your discounts, your monthly bill for 4 unlimited lines will be $65 plus taxes, fees, finalizing at $103 a month. Your first bill will be slightly higher until the discounts kick in." Our first bill was $374!!!!! A "little" higher?! What planet is this snake with arms, legs, and long dark hair from?! She's the one a little "higher". After numerous disputes with At&T, we were assured most of the charges were prorated, and our 4th, and 5th billing cycle would roll in at zero dollars due to all of the credits that would return. So essentially you're signing up to loan At&T hundreds of dollars for a few months, right? Wrong.. second bill, $191, third bill, $191, 4th bill, $161. So $30 of credits kicked in somewhere but what about the rest? DO NOT EVER sign up with a phone company who's store you are not standing in. Lavina also scams at the BJ's on Red Lion Rd.

This place really sucks un organized very rude employees bathrooms smell like piss When you go to the one in Jersey Clements Bridge Road at least they treat you with respect as well as any other Sam's club. For some reason this place sucks really bad it must be the management allowing employees to treat people like s***

I received a "free" one year membership through one of my credit cards so after many years shopping at BJs, decided to try them out even though they are similar stores. Why not; it's a free year! It's going to take me some time to get used to the layout of the store and know where "my" items are placed. Once I do, then I can get my in-store time down. The store I find is much cleaner and better lighted than BJs. They have some different products (they have the Maker's brand while BJs has the Berkeley and Jensen brand). Upon some close inspection of their websites, I find that the same products are usually within a few cents of each other. Sam's Club, however, does not take manufacturer coupons and BJs does. BJs also has their member coupons which can be through digital or paper so on certain products you can save a dollar or two more. I like the meat counter better here, and most of their meats are from the USA while BJs is foreign. So for the most part, I'll be visiting both for now. But one will have to go in a few months as it really is not worth paying for two similar places. Each has the ups and downs and I think in the long run, the amount spent would equal out. Right now, tough choice for me.

This Sam's Club is on the borderline of the 8% sales tax. Go outside to Bucks County and enjoy the 6% sales tax. There is a Sam's in Langhorne on Route 1 where i load up on 6% sales tax. You will save a lot of money buying outside Philadelphia
