Sam's Pizza Restaurant

This is dishonest business. I ordered a pizza. They reheated a pizza left over from the previous day. The pizza was burn black and inedible. I threw the pizza away. I ordered another pizza on a different day. They did the same thing. I brought the pizza back to their shop. They exchanged for a different pizza, but offered no apology. Be careful when dealing with these people. Always check your food before leaving their shop.

Wow, ordered from here a lot when I lived around the corner from the shop, we moved and ordered tonight, the family deal and ended up throwing the pizza in the trash, paid the delivery guy a $8 tip but the pizza was burnt. Thats messed up, the lady that answered the phone was even rude. Won’t be ordering from there again. Don’t know what happened but that’s bad business. You knew the pizza was burnt when you closed the box.

Customer Service Person has an funky attitude, I order all the time I ask to speak to the Owner or Supervisor they wasn't in, ask for the person who took my order name she said they don't give that out, The frieds was burnt my burger, cheesesteak had mayo I didn't ask for she said I did and said she said it back to because they talk so fast and nasty She hung up on me I wasn't finish askinga question, this will be my last time ordering from that restaurant I have been ordering for almost 15 years. I really don't trust them with my order

Pizza is great, double cheese burger was horrible, dry! And not seasoned at all, no ketchup on the side nothing I literally gave it to my dog

Me and my brother accidentally gave them over the amount that we meant to pay thinking, we were gonna get the change back and they never gave us the change back and let us leave with the 10$ they stole from us that we were meant to get back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE ABUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS AND VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

The food is great, but their service and online ordering are lacking. I’ve ordered twice through Grubhub, and it seems like they only start preparing the order when I either arrive for pick-up or call to ask about the delay. The sarcasm and attitude in their tone only make the situation worse. Again, the food is amazing, but my overall experience has not been the best.

Pizza was amazing! I stopped in for a slice and it was huge. The staff was extremely friendly. Good neighborhood shop!

So god forbid you give the driver your food that YOU PAY FOR, back after it fell all over the bag and into other food....A MESS(I understand accidents happen)..Than a few months later you call to order and the food NEVER comes.... Smh.. childish. Grow up.

I order white pizza from time to time and tonight was the most dehydrated I've ever had. It's hit or miss at this place. You never know what you're gonna get at Sam's Pizza on Rutland St.

I always order this at other places and this is my first time with this pizza place, the filling was extremely watery and gritty could not even eat it highly disappointed (stuffed shells) do not recommend if this is how they always taste.
